Jason is an excellent plumber & an excellent detective who listens and collaborates with his customer (me) in a manner that he sees the big picture through his lens and his customer’s lens. Max was the guy who checked on our electrical stuff for us today. I highly recommend that you ask for this guy he was very professional very patient answered all our questions and even asked if we had anything more to ask him before he left just to make sure that we were good with everything. This is the second time we’ve had to use RS Andrews and every time we’ve always felt that they did a good job for us . As I said before I highly recommend this company they’re very straightforward , professional and friendly.

I had the unfortunate luck of having my ac unit stop working at the same time I had a bad underground leak in my yard but fortunately for me RS Andrews was the company used for both. I spoke often to Judah, who effortlessly provided great customer service along with a genuine, positive attitude. I really appreciated how helpful, efficient, and just overall kind he was during our every interaction. His leadership needs to know he is definitely an asset to the company and he made the process so much better for me.

Mr. David Rosati was very professional and definitely knows his job. We have multiple units and he gave us maintenance care tips to do monthly. I love how environmentally conscious he is. Meaning, he suggested things that will not only help us as homeowners to breath better quality air but that are also not harmful to the environment. Also, one of the thermostats wasn’t working that I had forgotten about. I asked if he had time to look at it before he left and he said “oh sure, that’s no problem at all.” He didn’t seem bothered at all…really nice guy. R.S. We’ve used RS Andrews for several years now and have always been satisfied! And we’ve used them for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, so I feel confident speaking on behalf of each service type.
