The plumbing came out perfect and the plumber performed exactly what he said replacing the gas hot water heater and replacing some of the lines to clean up the appearance. We did not get an itemized bill, just a firm price quote. In my case I told the plumber I wanted to keep all the old material including the hot water heater and associated metal. The firm price included the removal of the old tank, but when I kept everything, this cost was not adjusted which I felt was a poor business practice. The plumbing outcome was excellent and watching the tech work gave me confidence he had the right skills.

RS Andrews is dependable, our water heater was leaking one call and they sent somebody right away David Stitt was our technician he explained the problem and gave us a quote. I did not get their service right away since I checked for other options. But within the day we decided to get RS Andrews service. What I like is the fast communication to customer, the professionalism of everyone also Elise’s over the phone. David and Marcus who installed our water heater were amazing.

The service tech was on time, very professional, explain everything he was doing threw the whole process, and was very knowledgeable about his professional which I found was great, really showed the love for his work. Thank you Jason for great service.

RS Andrews were responsive and helpful when installing my EV charger. They offered me the best price by a landslide, are a preferred vendor by Georgia Power already, explained every step and backup plan, and they arrived on time or early whenever they were working from me. Would hire again in an instant.

This place was super awesome the customer service was amazing and Max the electrician that they sent out to my house was the ABSOLUTE GREATEST electrician I have ever seen in my life literally! He was very detailed and on point he explained everything and he knew what he was doing he made my house look amazing with the wiring the lights everything! My experience was super!!!! Max was the greatest choice that RS Andrews could’ve ever made you need more like him give him a raise or something he’s the truth and the truth shall set you free!!!

I had a previously scheduled missed appointment with RS Andrew, they quickly made this right by sending someone the very next day. Harold was very professional, he took the time to listen to my my concerns and needs. He promptly offered his recommendations and they provided me with a quote as I requested. I have not yet made the decision to go with them, however based on the way they handled this, I am very likely to choose them for my electrical needs.

Great service. They explained what they were going to do. I had some cabinets in the way of where my electrical socket needed to be installed, and they helped me remove my cabinets. Service was quick and easy. They answered all my questions. Extremely nice and helpful. Would recommend.

Max was the guy who checked on our electrical stuff for us today. I highly recommend that you ask for this guy he was very professional very patient answered all our questions and even asked if we had anything more to ask him before he left just to make sure that we were good with everything. This is the second time we’ve had to use RS Andrews and every time we’ve always felt that they did a good job for us . As I said before I highly recommend this company they’re very straightforward , professional and friendly.

Technicians arrived later than expected (traffic) but stayed late to insure that all work was completed successfully. They worked with the roofing crew to get things done quickly so the roofers could leave. All 3 RS Andrews technicians that I have encountered have been very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Thank you so much for the incredible service! From the responsiveness of the scheduling team to the top notch service of my electrical expert (Harold) – it was an awesome experience.
