The knowledge exhibited by the plumber Patrick of R S Andrews was outstanding. He was always on time, explained the situation and fixed it in a very professional manner. They replaced a main water line with very little disturbance to my yard. I was always informed of what was to be done and why, excellent customer service. He also located a very difficult to find water leak and repaired it in record time. I could not have had a better experience with a plumbing problem. Great, great job!

I was referred to R.S. Andrews and another company by my neighbor. I choose to go with R.S. Andrews because their pricing was in sync with the average market pricing for the Atlanta-area and the high quality customer service I received during my initial call. I have had my home serviced for plumbing issues by R.S. Andrews twice so far and each time the service was exceptional. They came within the time window established, the plumbers were both skilled and knowledgeable and were able to solve the issues I was facing. Keep up the great job!

Was alerted to water flowing out of the basement by our neighbor and called R. S. Andrews to assess the issue and fix the issue. Although it was after hours, David Stitt was at our home within an hour of the call. He helped us turn off the water and diagnosed the issue, but as it was dark wouldn’t be able to fix it. However, David made sure that his dispatcher would send out someone first thing the get us up and running again. At 7:30am, I got a call from master plumber, Michael Waters, that he would be at our home in 20 minutes. All told, after about an hour or so of work out plumbing issue was repaired better that when it had been originally installed and it was a LOT less than I expected. Both of these men are a credit to R. S. Andrews and if I ever move it will be hard not having a company like them to partner with.
Fun fact: these guys aren’t on commission. They don’t get paid more to “sell” things you don’t need. These guys are professional, tell you what you need to fix the issue, and fix it.

We had a leak we could hear in our walls. This is our first home, and this was our first homeowner emergency situation. R.S. Andrews was able to have someone out the same day. Our technician was friendly, calm, and helpful. He was knowledgable, patient, thorough, and highly skilled. He identified the leak, and repaired it. Shortly after finishing up, he discovered another. And still more! He spent 3 hours in our bathroom, finding and repairing tiny, slow leaks until he was confident that he’d gotten them all. The patience and skills he demonstrated are testament to this company’s dedication to expert quality repair and work. R.S. Andrews has earned a lifelong customer with us. 100% satisfaction. A+. Will call again the next time we need plumbing help!

Had tremendous service from Michael Waters!! He called as he was leaving his prior job so I knew when he would arrive, quickly assessed my situation and quickly replaced the broken valve. Michael was EXTREMELY courteous and took care to ensure he cleaned up every last bit of debris. I could not be happier!!!

I have had a problem with my hot water for years. I was using a different plumber and they could never figure out what the problem was. Michael Waters from RS Andrews showed up, took one look, and figured out that one of the check valves on my water heater was installed in the wrong direction, causing cold water to mix with the hot. He also noticed that the thermal expansion tank was mounted horizontally instead of vertically. Michael fixed the check valve, remounted the thermal expansion tank, replaced several “handle” valves with ball valves, and basically re-piped all connections. In addition, he assisted the RS Andrews HVAC installation team in trouble-shooting an issue with the heating on my new AquaTherm system. He also came back the next day at no charge to fix a blockage in the kitchen faucet caused by some debris from a PVC pipe that got in the line from the previous day’s work. Michael is head and shoulders above any plumber I have ever used, and RS Andrews now has a new customer.
