This is our second experience with RotoRooter and their employee, Jackson. Living in an older home, some of our plumbing may be a bit tricky. Jackson successfully accepted the challenge. He is prompt, professional, determined, and personable. We are thrilled with the quality work he provided and will call on him anytime we need a plumber in the future.The work is guaranteed for 30 days and we were given free estimates. I can’t speak more highly of Roto-Rooter and Jackson!

They were available within an hour my request, my technician, Sidney Wonce, was efficient, answered all our questions, was extremely respectful on the work area. Definitely pleased with this service.

I just had to post and recommend this company. They knocked themselves out to get my brothers plumbing repaired so his wife could come home from the hospital and be safe. My family has been through a lot and to have a company try so hard to help was a blessing. They even worked with James on the financing as it was a big job. We had zero problems with the work quality or any of the people we dealt with. The whole experience was effortless and we thank them very much for coming to the rescue in our time of need.

They gave me a well done job at a great price! Loved the plumber they sent! He located the leak and was so professional that I let him do the repair too. Very reasonable price! I was told Roto-Rooter would be pricey but it was not the case. I will use them again if I should need it and I very much recommend them! Brad was a real gentleman and I am a real fan after watching what these guys can do! I am so glad I called them.

Amazing service. I called them on a Monday morning, and they sent someone to the house in less than an hour. The tech fixed the issue I called about, as well as a couple other annoying problems with the kitchen sink in less than 30 minutes. Incredible service and very very friendly.

I’ve used them 3 times to unclog my old drain pipes. Always nice, curteous, and happy to answer questions. They always get the job done. I forgot the names of the other 2 gentlemen, but they (Chris this morning) all were kind and knowledgeble and did a great job.

My mom used them and Kyle and Clay are the best. I would highly recommend them as plumbers. They are truly dedicated and care about the client and the level of work is OUTSTANDING. I will use them again and recommend them.
