Calling from Savannah I spoke with Lydell Bradshaw who provide excellent customer service. The Jeep I was interested required a few options which Lydell made them happen. He followed up with me several times keeping me updated on the acquisition process. I’m a very happy customer.

If you are looking to buy a car, this is the place to do it. I have purchased many cars over the years and the experience I got at Robert Loehr CDJR was second to none. My salesman Todd was very knowledgeable about the charger I bought and was able to teach me some things I didn’t know, even though I had been researching them for weeks. The manager went above and beyond to work out a deal on the charger, and made the process super easy and streamlined. The greatest thing about this dealership is no hidden fees or any kind of bogus markups or add-ons. This might have been my first purchase from this dealership but it certainly won’t be my last.

One of the best dealerships I’ve been too. They’re not pushy and make you feel comfortable and welcome!! Jonathan was awesome, getting us the information on a vehicle of interest before we made the drive to see it! The managers were also such a huge help getting us information and making the buying process super quick and easy!
