This was my first service experience with Rivertown Ford. I found Kassie, my service advisor, to be very courteous and professional, truly a pleasure to work with.
The customer waiting area was very clean and accommodating.

Quick and easy process and worked out a fair deal for all (me and the dealership). I especially liked that they did not push running my credit before the deal (numbers) was complete. From the sales rep to the sales/financial manager, I was treated like I was their most important customer. Great experience!!!

Had my vehicle serviced at Rivertown Ford yesterday morning. The service advisors were very pleasant and welcoming from the minute I walked in the door. Highly recommend Mark Bair. He is very personable and honest about the services they offer and their prices. The service (The Works package) was very thorough from start to finish. Will definitely be back for any of my car needs in the future.

I just bought a 2014 F-150 from Rivertown Ford and had a great experience. I live my new vehicle and they were happy to accept the no haggle price from true car. My sales rep Mr. Boyd went above and beyond to make sure that my truck was in 100% what I wanted before I left the lot. He scheduled a maintenance appointment for an issue he identified when I came in to get my truck. He was great to work with and a really genuine guy.

Lloyd has a great team at Rivertown Ford. The sales team, service department , and delivery specialist are all very pleasant to work with. We purchased a new vehicle today (10/8/16) and were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and honesty at this dealership. We would definitely recommend it to others. We especially want to give high regards to D.A. Jackson, our sales rep, for his excellent service, extensive knowledge of your products and procedures in purchasing our new car.
He was extremely helpful and “upbeat” about the whole process. Special thanks also to: Mark Pearce (sales rep), David Ray (Finance Director), and the wonderful woman (forgot her name, but she’s pregnant :) who went through the step-by-step instructions on the features of the car. They whole team made our experience exceptionally smooth and wonderful!!
