I havent been to a dentist in years and when I tell you my experience today was just very welcoming! The staff was very kind. Doctor was enthusiastic! The environment was very settle and quiet. I literally came to my appointment with no sleep. Over 24 hrs of being up without rest, fresh off work and to have an experience like I did when I came was just absolutely great! Definitely RECOMMEND 10/10 .

My husband purchased a truck here awhile back and I recently came here Iooking for a new (used) vehicle. They are super helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help me. A great and easy place to find what you’re looking for. Go see Reggie or Raymond they were wonderful!

I’ve been a patient at Rivertown Dental Care for years, and it’s truly the best in Columbus. Chris Miller and his staff are incredibly sweet, making you feel right at home. The genuine care they provide deserves a five-star rating!

All phases of today’s visit were very positive. From the lady who checked me in, to the one who checked me both were professional and polite. Penny is a wonderful Hygienist. Hers are the best cleanings I have experienced. She is thorough and offers recommendations that I can benefit from between cleanings. Rivertown has an extremely efficient and friendly staff, which many other businesses lack. Great Job!

I had my first cleaning appt at this location today with Ms. Penny.
She was awesome. Discussed everything with me before and as she went along. Put my nerves and fears at ease and helped me feel comfortable.
She definitely made the process easier and I am so grateful to her.

I had an amazing experience today receiving my routine dental cleaning. I always become anxious but my hygienist, Brandi, and Dr. Joe Miller put me at ease. They were extremely attentive and dealt with my dental needs very efficiently! I would highly recommend them with a five star rating. You are treated very special from the moment you arrive until you leave.

I went to Rivertown Dental because of the high rating from other patients. The service was great, and even during the time I lost my husband I received a call and was showered with love. During the course of my treatment, I became concerned about a billing issue. I am grateful that one of the doctors sat down with me and explained the situation letting me know that my insurance company was at fault. Even though I will be addressing another area of concern, I think most of the staff and doctors are great, and very accommodating.

I am somewhat new to the area. I’m not yet established with a local dentist. A tooth broke so of course, I made many phone calls in hopes of finding an immediate appointment with someone reputable. This was my last call. They
were able to get me in quickly.
Dr O’Neal and his assistant did a wonderful job. They explained the
procedure, executed it, and I’m done.
The office staff is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend!!!

Everybody was so helpful when I came in but even before that, when I called to see if they could take a new patient, the lady was like sure could I be their at 9 I said yes, friendly is the word I would use this Office is the best one I have ever been to. Thank y’all so much.

Rivertown dental office is great. They were so friendly and accommodative. Dr. Chris Miller is the best dentist that I know so far. His assistant Ms. Teresa made my experience very pleasant. Ms. Tracy , dental hygienist was so thorough with her work. She did the best she could in the little time that I had, since I am moving out of Columbus. I highly recommend this place.

I had the most compassionate, thorough and successful care at this office. I went in after having gone several days trying to self-treat a complex ulcer (canker sore) It was getting to the point where I could not eat and was losing sleep because of the pain.
I found Rivertown Dental Care online in a quick search as I am new to the area. When I went in, the front desk staff was warm and friendly. It was not long before I was taken back to an exam room. The dental assistant was very gentle when doing the initial examination and extremely apologetic when she saw the size and degree of my ulcer that they weren’t able to get me in sooner to treat it (I didn’t even think I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for an appointment -2days- plus I did not mention it was an emergency because I thought it would begin to heal quickly, if I had, I may have possibly been able to be squeezed in sooner).
Shortly after, I saw Dr. Chris Miller who quickly and correctly noticed that my one small wisdom tooth was abasing my ulcer causing continuous pain and prolonging the healing process. I would recommend to anyone for any procedure. Looking forward to my next appointment for a regular check up.
