Took my car in for a recall and a general check up. They discovered an issue while the technician was test driving my vehicle, Bruce my service concierge was great in communicating expectations. They ordered the part, repaired the issue and my car is running so much better than before! I did have a minor issue with some things during the process, but between Bruce and Anthony the GM, everything was addressed and swiftly taken care of. I appreciate the service I received at “Genesis of Roswell” and being an owner of two Genesis’, I will be back for all my service needs in the future. Thank you Bruce and Anthony for the high bar of professionalism I experienced doing business with you!

We had an amazing experience at this dealership yesterday from start to finish on buying a new car. Car shopping has never been more fun or pleasant than it was here. We spent the most time with our sales rep, Braxton Lawrence, who went WAY above and beyond for us and provided excellent customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and an utter joy to work with. He even met me after hours to receive my trade in AND spent some time showing me the basic features of how to operate the new car, as well as offered to help answer any questions we may have going forward. I wish everyone we dealt with in life in customer service could be like him and really cannot sing his praises enough!

Dealership was given trim requirement for a specific car and asked for best price. Their quote was much better than two other dealerships given same information and it was below what we expected to pay. All dealerships were told only one quote would be acceptable. They spent a day locating car which matched our interior/exterior colors and ultimately were successful. Completing paperwork and documentation requirements were relatively stress free and took about 90 minutes. This was the second vehicle we have purchased from a Rick Case dealership.

Great Service!! The service team at Rick Case Hyundai always takes great care of my vehicle. They have been thoughtful in letting me know cost for regular maintenance procedures in advance. And they do an excellent job getting any warranty recalls taken care of as soon as the parts are available! So grateful to have Andrew and Eddie looking out for me in service! Will also note that scheduling appointments over the phone has also gotten much easier these last few months!! Thank you all at Rick Case Hyundai for doing a great job! My last few trips in have left feeling like you all go above and beyond!

I had the best experience at Rick Case Hyundai and Roberto is the main reason! Roberto was extremely knowledgeable and let me test drive several different vehicles. He took the time to show me all of the features the cars had to offer and gave me very solid advice based on my needs with full transparency and without being pushy. Roberto is the biggest reason I drove off the lot with my dream car! If you are looking for a new car or even an upgrade, I highly recommend working with Roberto, you won’t regret it! Ryan in the finance department was also amazing and made the paperwork process very easy and not time consuming! These guys are the dream team! Thank you, Roberto and Ryan, for the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I cannot recommend this place enough and I am beyond happy with my purchase!

Surprised at the ease of buying Ioniq5 Limited edition. Appreciate end-to-end handling of Mr Kash Gupta.
Day 1: He took my requirements and, in less than an hour, had few options worked out. Asked me to fill out an online form.
Day 2: I shared a few docs, and my current car was evaluated. By evening, I was behind the Wheel 9f White Ioniq5 Limited.
Overall smooth, faster, and swift buying experience. Documentation signing took some time.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Rick Case today. From the first phone call we made to the minute we walked in the door and then when we walked out and got into our new car, everything was perfect. Anthony is helpful and understanding. Jim is friendly, entertaining and easy to work with and Karen…well, she was just amazing. It’s not often you go to buy a car and feel like you’ve been hanging out with friends all afternoon. These guys certainly know how to make the car buying experience less stressful for everyone.

We came in looking for a Sonata Turbo, we’re immediately helped by Charlie, and took off for a test drive. Charlie was very honest with us and didn’t waste any time making what we wanted happen. We were in and out of there in no time with the keys to our new Sonata! They not only beat nearby prices but went above and beyond to fix any detail we asked, free of charge. Ive already suggested this location to my family and friends!

Tim was our salesman and he was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the car and very professional and friendly throughout our entire experience. By the time we went to Rick Case Hyundai, my husband and I had been to 15+ dealerships looking for the right car, so we have met our share of car salesmen! Tim was one of the best by far and treated us exactly the way we wanted to be treated – with respect, honesty, and professionalism. He was not overbearing or overeager to sell us the car and stuck to just telling us all the information we needed to know about the vehicle. And when we asked about other similar vehicles he could answer all those questions as well! Its not a surprise that we ended up buying our car from him – way to go Tim!
