Class Descriptions

REVOLUTION
Total body spin- it’s cardio, arms, and core all in one class!

REVOLUTION *SPRINT*
No, it’s not all sprints!! This condensed version of our Revolution class is shorter in length but still provides a great total body workout! This is a great way to give Revolution a test run if the 50 minute class seems a little daunting! It is also a great way to get a work out in during your lunch break!

*THEME RIDE*

REVOLUTION *ROAD*
Traditional road based spin class- a great cardio workout!

REVOLUTION *CORE*
This class takes the core work to the next level! This class starts with a 40 minute ride followed by a 20 minute ab workout on the floor in the studio- Bring Your Own MAT- or use one of the studio towels!!

REVOLUTION *RIDE & RIPPED*
Ride and Ripped is the ultimate combo of cardio and toning- this class is all about challenging your muscles!

REVOLUTION *ARMS&ABS*
30 minutes of spin- followed by 30 minutes of arms and abs!!
