They were all super professional and so polite
I recommend them to everyone . They worked diligently ans everything was done in a timely manner. Especial Jorge, he seemed to be like a team lead. I like the continuity in care . He called before they were enroute and he was the 1st voice that said hello and introduced himself when they arrived. Smooth service. This crew worked together like butter it seemed. They are definitely a TEAM. It shows in thier ethics of working they enjoy what they do and are good at It . Very happy with the service. Also from Corey the guy that came out to do the estimate. Thanks reliable.

Michael was amazing! He fixed an error on our thermostat that other techs could not. He was here to do a yearly maintenance and came back to fix the error, which we really appreciate!

Reliable Heating & Air has exceeded my expectations as a Full Service HVAC install and after the sale organization. If you are looking to replace your HVAC, we highly recommend consulting with the Reliable Heating and Air Home Comfort Advisor, Tom Bennett. Prior to meeting with Tom, we had already consulted with 4 well-known HVAC companies referred by some of the Home Improvement chains in our area and received resonable quotes. However, via referral of a friend, we were told about Reliable and decided to have one last consultation. We are so thankful we did. Tom Bennett was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. Reliable had the best options to have a full HVAC replacement of our 26 year old unit. Communication was also amazing, and on the day of installation, the Reliable HVAC Installers, Mike, Alex, Brian, and Cameron did an excellent job. Mike and his crew were very professional , courteous, and efficient before during and after installation. My family and I are very pleased with the quality of our new HVAC and overall experience. The price was significantly less than a competitor’s quote and we got a quality water heater installed on the first visit in three hours. Alex and Blake were helpful, professional, and thorough. They completed the installation quickly, left the job site clean, and patiently explained the use and maintenance of the new heater. Highly recommend.

I use Reliable Heat & Air for all of my home repair needs and services. In this case, we woke up to a leaking hot water heater and called Reliable right away. We were able to get a service representative out the next day, with a new hot water heater installed by end of day. Geoff McLaughlin was our lead plumber and he was honest, straightforward and very professional. He was able to get a new heater installed the same day, even though the installation involved re-working all of the pipes and adding a new pressure valve. At the end of the installation, the team left the area clean and clear of all debris before heading to one more call. I highly recommend Reliable and Geoff’s services.

It was a pleasure to have Technician Mr Ross work at my home today. He was on time, very kind and pleasant. He had on his mask and foot booties at all times. My experience with Reliable was a pleasant one. Joseph was very good helping us decide which system was best for us. He was very knowledgeable and did not rush us in our decision. When we decided to go with Reliable they were able to install the new system quickly. The technician Jesus did a great job with the install. He finished the install in a timely manner. He made sure everything worked as it should and took the time to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend Reliable for any HVAC needs.

The technician, Brian Fletcher was very professional in his work in installing water heater and pressure reducer valve. He explained clearly all my options for payment and warranty. He arrived on time on the same day as service was requested. We are very happy with the work that was performed. He also cleaned up everything nicely. We definitely recommend Brian and will continue to use Reliable Heating & Air in the future for all our plumbing needs. Thanks!

This was our first time calling reliable for an emergency plumbing situation. Not only did they respond as fast as they good, they sent such an amazing plumber Keith to our home. It was such a blessing how knowledgeable he was. He made sure we were all taken care of. We will definitely refer Reliable to all our friends.

We have used reliable heating and air for years and have never had a bad experience with them. Anthony came to our home for our gold package system check up and he did a thorough detailed check. We HIGHLY recommend asking for Anthony! He’s great and couldn’t have asked for a better technician. We’d give him 10 out of 10 stars.

They do expert work, they are on time, they are polite, they are professional and they are friendly. They put my heating and air conditioning unit in 17 years ago (2003) and for all these years they’ve come out and maintained the equipment and I have always been satisfied with their work. When my AC heat unit went out last week, I had the opportunity to use a different company at a lower interest rate but because of the experience I’ve had with Reliable Heating and Air, I truly felt that it was in my best interest to keep them because I knew I could count on them and trust them.
