Extremely knowledgeable. We had 4 individuals look at our heat with each one replacing something different. He was able to look at the thermostat and wiring outside and determine that some wires were switched. He’s did an amazing job. Definitely recommend!

First time that my husband and I used RWiley and we now have them saved on our contacts to call for any other repairs or problems that we may have. Lenard not only was on time, very professional, extremely knowledgable and most of all HONEST. We called because our heater was not working and would never call the company that installed our ac system as they have been horrible. We were worried about finding a good, reliable and honest company and we can honestly say that we found it in RWiley. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone. Our heater was not working and we came to find out that it was a bird that had gotten into our system. Lenard not only fixed it but took the time to explain things to us and also spoke to us about their yearly maintenance plan (and was not a salesman at all) but he earned our trust so much that we will be calling to add the plan. GREAT COMPANY!

We’ve used Rwiley for about three years now, and couldn’t be happier. When our old system failed, other companies gave us promises of helping but never showed up. Rwiley came out, made a recommendation for a new unit, and installed it. We had an issue that our living room never would get cool in the summer, so they installed an extra air vent that keeps my living room comfortable even on the hottest days. The best part is that with the new system, even during the current heat wave, our electricity bill has never been over $160 – and that’s a two-story, 2,500 soft house. (It sometimes exceeded $500 with our old system – and we were still sweating in the living room!) We utilize their maintenance plan that includes preventive checks on our system and gives discounts on service calls. We’re pleased with their service, timeliness, professional, and knowledge.
