Awful!!!! Horrible customer service! Elevators always broken! Manager never answers the phone and when she does her attitude is awful!! Stay away!!!!!!!

Me and my spouse were out looking for a last minute storage unit drove up to public storage in Decatur and was greeted by yolonda and paradise everything was quick and easy we found the perfect size they were super nice make sure you stop by!!

I had a great experience with Jackie today. I walked in, confused, exhausted, and overloaded. Jackie was amazing her knowledge and customer service were above and beyond any experience in the past. I was with my friend today and he was getting a unit. The young man was really nice and knowledgeable. It was cold outside but he handled everything efficiently and he gave very good customer service. His name was Khalil.

We just booked our storage unit here with Shenitha. She was so friendly and personable. We had a pretty negative experience with the Chantilly location and were very happy that she was not at all like the people there. She was very thorough and made sure we had all the information we needed as well as showing us our unit and how to access it.
