Awful!!!! Horrible customer service! Elevators always broken! Manager never answers the phone and when she does her attitude is awful!! Stay away!!!!!!!

Me and my spouse were out looking for a last minute storage unit drove up to public storage in Decatur and was greeted by yolonda and paradise everything was quick and easy we found the perfect size they were super nice make sure you stop by!!

I had a great experience with Jackie today. I walked in, confused, exhausted, and overloaded. Jackie was amazing her knowledge and customer service were above and beyond any experience in the past.
