If you have to find yourself in a vehicular accident, just hope that the at-fault driver is a Progressive insured policyholder.
This service center gets top marks in every category. Each call and in-person interaction was professional, friendly, and efficient.
The competent repair was completed 4 days ahead of the promised date.
Complimentary amenities in the waiting room ranged from cold water and soda to Famous Amos chocolate chip cookies and other handy snack packs. Free wi-fi, leather seating, and free Flo-imprinted tote bags to conveniently transfer the miscellaneous belongings from your car to the Enterprise rental round out the VIP (Very Insured by Progressive) experience.
They have an organized approach to the administrative side of things. I always felt as if I was in good hands. (Oh. Wait. That’s a different insurance carrier.) Well, they were as friendly as a good neighbor. (Oh. Shoot. I did it again.)
Drive safely and steer clear of distracted drivers. But, if you need to get some work done, these folks will get it done right and they guarantee it for as long as you own or lease your vehicle.

My claim is still ongoing. But not a worried bone is in my body anymore. I was struck by a progressive insured that was later found mostly at fault. With this, i only could assume what i have had experienced in the past, which was numb and disconnected adjuster.
NOPE- Miss Rita has been nothing short of amazing!!! I had just spoke to her today about finalizing loose ends, and I’m left feeling great about the hands I’m left in. I hope she drinks coffee, because I bringing her a nice tall Starbucks when we meet up and discuss some more.

First of all, this is a yelp profile for the SERVICE CENTER, not the insurance as a whole so that is what I will be addressing.
If you’re like me, whenever you even think ‘insurance’ you want to punch yourself in the face. To me, insurance is synonymous with taxes, and loans…a.k.a. a pain in everyone’s @$$. That being said, I wasn’t super thrilled having to go make a claim on my horribly hail damaged car.
HOWEVER
When I got there everyone was super nice and friendly. I worked with a guy named Aaron (I think) and he explained everything to me very plainly but still in-depth. They have a nice waiting area for you to sit and wait, with complimentary coffee, tea, hot cocoa, water, and pop. One of the workers showed me how to run the machine, and chatted with me for a bit. I interacted with 4 different people there and they were all VERY nice.
I didn’t even wait an hour. Although, I was the only one there, so. HA. Anyway. It’s a good place. They have nothing to do with rates, or money, or anything. They are literally just there to help, so try not to take your insurance frustrations out on them–they are just the middle man. :)

I feel generally that Progressive has been quick to respond, easy to deal with over the phone.My auto insurance rates have been fair. I had an incident where my car would not start and they responded immidiatley to assist me.
