Craig K. came out and did an amazing job!!! When he arrived he was able to quickly determine that the panels he had on his truck were too short (width) for our garage, before taking apart/off our door. He quickly made a call to his supervisor and was able to get the correct door panels, before coming back to complete the install.
After he completed the installation, he walked us through the work completed, gave us an overview on maintenance and connected and trained us on the app.

I just had 2 garage doors installed by Rick with Precision Garage Doors and it was a great experience. Rick called 45 minutes ahead of his arrival to let me know they were on the way. Upon arrival, Rick quickly determined that he did not have all parts required to complete the installation. Without delay, he called the office and arranged to get all the missing parts for immediate pickup. While one team member picked up the necessary parts, Rick and another technician removed the old doors and prepped for installation. Despite the delays for parts, Rick and team made sure to take the time to do a top quality installation taking no shortcuts. They cleaned up after themselves and left a clean Jobsite, two nice looking, quiet, quality garage doors, and one happy customer. Thanks Rick and Precision Garage Doors for a quality installation of a top quality product.

The gentlemen showed up on time. They were very informative and did a thorough job of inspecting my old garage door and gave me a list of options to chose from. What took the experience over the top was the pricing and how quickly the billing and project was set up. Jeremy and his assistant were just what the doctor ordered. Having lost the use if my garage door was my first foray into learning about garage doors. This is my 4th home & I never thought about garage door needs & maintenance!
My tension spring broke & I couldn’t even open the door to get my car out! I did some googling, watched a YouTube video and decided to hire a professional.
I called Precision & the guys were out within 5 hours. While I thought that I needed the spring replacement, they proceeded to educate me on all facets of the working elements of the garage door.
After the education & comparing prices within the three options for total repair & maintenance which they presented to me, I made a decision on what I wanted them to attend to.
They were professional, very cordial, polite, respectful, knowledgeable and understanding my need to fully understand prior to making a decision.
I highly recommend Precision Door Service & these techs dispatched out of the Marietta, GA office. You won’t regret it! *****5 star rating from me!

Called to set an appointment and was seen fairly quickly and the repairmen Jack was prompt, very professional, kind and honest. It was a quick visit that ended up with a complete motor replacement which would have been just a little bit more than the cost to repair my older garage door opener. I was hoping for a more inexpensive fix but I honestly feel better knowing that I’ll have this newer motor with a good warranty. 10/10 recommend Precision Garage Door Service and hopefully you’ll get Jack. He is a great tech and does work awesome work!

This company did a fantastic job on my special order garage door. It took about two months to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. The installers were friendly and very professional. They took the time to set up my opener to work with my vehicle and the app on my phone. I’m very happy with my door and I recommend Precision Garage Door 100%.
