Let me start off by saying that Dr Braswell is an EXCELLENT doctor, let me say that again. Dr Braswell is an AMAZING doctor; she delivered my son; however, anytime she receives a bad review its because of her staff. This has been going on for YEARS and nothing has changed. I recently went to get a pap smear, they didn’t verify my insurance before my appointment, so the day I came I was told that they could not get in contact with my insurance company, so I had to pay $300 out of pocket until they verified it. I was told that I would receive a call back and would be refunded once they verified insurance, I still haven’t received my call back. or refund. I’ve had the same insurance since I delivered my son 5 years ago. I even called up to the office and they told me someone would contact me back, and they still didn’t. I waited literally for 2 1/2 hours to be seen, and then when being seen the nurse kept asking me questions about who told me that I needed the follow up procedure. in my head I’m like you’re the nurse, you have my file pulled up. Why are you asking me. Dr Braswell’s problem is her STAFF, and if you look at any bad review it says the same thing. I’m literally considering changing OBGYN’S because of how poorly her office is ran. Just because Shes a great doctor does not mean people will tolerate her staff. Hopefully at some point she’ll consider the reviews.

I switched to Dr. Braswell at 36 weeks pregnant with my first when I no longer felt comfortable with my old OB. She met with me my first appointment and every appointment after that, which I really appreciated. She has been nothing but informative, respectful and has a genuine care for those she provides for in her practice. I’m very shy but talking to her was very easy for me. I will be returning for all gynecology needs and for when I decide to have another. She has delivered all of my nieces and nephews as well. She’s our family gem. 10/10!

I love Braswell , she delivered all 3 of my kids. She is so patient , hands on & very straight forward. I have been going to her since 2012 & will continue! She is amazing !!!!!!

Doctor Braswell has delivered all 3 of my babies. Currently now ages 10yr, 5yr, & 4yr (ALL) GIRLS! The ONLY obygn I trust with my life the whole 9-10mnth process. She’s very phenomenal, intelligent, and family oriented. Thank God for caring doctors.! She’s always been the ONE 10years ago when I first walked into her work home. Also cant forget about Ms. Renee and Ms. Michelle — I love the whole staff ! If you’re expecting , get next to my doctors ! THEY ARE MY PERSONALS .! Do not hesitate.

Dr. Braswell has an awesome bedside manner. She is extremely knowledgeable, takes time to answer questions, and made me feel comfortable during a stressful and uneasy time. She is also an excellent surgeon and cured me from years of pain.
