I had my first (but hopefully last) experience with Pop-A-Lock today and I had a great experience. I have a keyless entry/push to start car with no spare of course and I lost it in downtown Atlanta so there was no hope in finding it. I called around to multiple places to either receive no answer or be told that they weren’t able to help me. I was frustrated beyond belief because I didn’t want to have to tow my car to the dealership and pay whatever ridiculous amount they gave. I did one last google search and came across Pop-A-Lock and immediately received an answer. The woman was very pleasant and helpful and I didn’t feel like I was inconveniencing her by calling. She assured me that their locksmith could work on my car. She told me I would get a call from the locksmith to get pricing and an appointment time. The locksmith called me, maybe 30 mins later? It was definitely within the hour, gave me a price, and told me he could come out the next morning. This was my only gripe that I couldn’t happen that night but after meeting my locksmith and talking with him, I could understand why due to being a family man and having to get the codes for my car from a connect. Kasey came out the next morning before our scheduled time and was really nice and friendly. He explained the process to me and gave me good tips on how to avoid being scammed by other locksmiths. He was very professional, came in a company van and had on a company uniform (this was important to me because it showed me that Pop-a-lock is a legitimate business). He ended up staying with me for over an hour but it was because there was some difficulty getting the code for my car. Once he began the process, it only took about 10-15 minutes. I was so grateful for him for his frankness, his help, and company during that stressful moment. He even made a key for someone at the home I was at and they were very satisfied that he was able to make a key on the spot and quick, as well. I’ll definitely recommend this company to anyone!

My friend got us locked outside of his car one winter, and I can tell you: it wasn’t pleasant at all, especially for me. It was getting late when I called around, and not many people were [a] open or [b] going to be there as fast as possible. Thankfully, when I finally called Pop-A-Lock, someone helped us out. Big time. Really thankful to these guys just for that.

Pop-A-Lock really came through for me recently. I was getting ready to go out when I went to the car to get the invitation to the party, I mistakenly locked the door. In a frantic, I used my cell phone (which I took outside with me) to call after I searched for a locksmith. They were so accommodating and very prompt getting to my house and getting inside in less than 10 minutes. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes….I highly recommend them!

I had a very tired Mommy moment, and accidentally locked my cell phone, car keys, house keys, and toddler in my car. I don’t have an extra key, and my toddler was totally ok (he thought it was funny), so I called Pop-A-Lock on a neighbor’s phone. Thank God I did. The lock smith dropped everything, and was here within 20 minutes. He had the car open in less than a minute, and even gave my son a stuffed puppy (he keeps toys in his car, apparently this happens a lot). He was so nice, the service was fast, and he seriously saved the day. Thank you so much Jack & Pop-A-Lock. You saved the day!

Some years ago in the middle of winter, my idiot best friend locked us both out of his car. It was getting pretty late, so I tried calling around to as many places as I could find a number for. Pop-a-Lock was the only one that responded with a reasonable arrival time for us both. I’m thankful for it, because I’m anemic and wouldn’t have lasted long waiting for anyone else.
