Servicing vehicles can be expensive anywhere you go, but I have found Pioneer to be competitive and reasonable. You also can’t discount the service you get from them; Jamie kept me informed all along the way. It’s nice to get that small business/home town feeling from your local car dealership service department. Given a choice, I always choose Pioneer.

Ed, the service advisor was amazing! Much more professional and knowledgeable than the last one I dealt with a couple years ago. After the prior experience, I wasn’t going to return. Glad I did! They fixed my wife’s Escape in a timely manner and at the price I was quoted.
I’ll return when necessary!

I recently visited Pioneer Ford for an oil change. Their waiting room is very nice and I love the coffee station. The staff is very nice as well. It took two hours for the oil change with an appointment, but overall it was a good experience.

I love pioneer ford. I bought my first car in 2018. I went in for an oil change . While waiting I went out to look at what was on the lot. Yeah I ended up buying a 2022 explorer which I love so much. Thank you Kemp Owen’s for helping me with my experience in purchasing my new car. Also the jelly is so good.
