Dr. Varner and her staff have always accommodated all my needs in a timely manner. Everyone I’ve spoken to has always been so kind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a primary provider!

I love Dr. Boecker! I’ve been going to him since 2020 and he is one of the best doctor’s I’ve ever had. He has great bedside manors, is so kind, funny, and knowledgeable, and he truly listens to his patients and wants the best for them. He’s the sweetest older man, PLUS he wears fun cowboy boots daily!!! I’m going to be so sad the day he retires :(

The administration of this practice is horrible! Do not try to contact your doctor here because you can’t unless you jump through 100s of hoops.
I started trying to call this group at 8am and there was no answer. Finally at 9am I called billing and someone answered but told me there was no one there because they were all with patients and that I should go through My Chart. I can’t access Dr. Chu on my chart and noone could tell me how to do it.
I was trying to talk to a clinician of Dr. Michael Chu. I had been up all night with sever pain in my right shoulder and neck. All I wanted was to send a message to Dr. Chu asking him to prescribe something to get me through until I saw him on Tuesday. This is Thursday.
It took almost two hours to speak with a human who could send Dr. Chu a message. I would have used My Chart, but I could not access Dr. Chu and when I asked the people at the Kennesaw location I was told they didn’t know how to do it.
This has been a nightmare!
Don’t ask for help at Piedmont Kennesaw. They don’t know how unless you’re paying a bill.
The only line that answered this morning was billing which tells me clearly that Piedmont is ONLY interested in money!
ALSO, NOT ONE PERSON ASKED ME HOW I WAS FEELING OR WHAT PHYSICAL PROBLEM I HAD!
Piedmont Phyicians can kiss my grits!
Update: Today, I spent over seven hours trying to get a message to Dr. Michael Chu so that he he could send me something for pain in my right shoulder and neck until my appointment on Tuesday.
I finally got a call from someone who told me that Dr. Chu had called in a prescription for me. With that person, I double-checked that it had been sent to the proper pharmacy AND was assured that it had been. IT HAD NOT BEEN SENT TO THE PROPER PHARMACY BUT TO ONE I HADN’T HEARD OF.
Finally, after 3pm. and me calling the administrator several times, whose own Piedmont Phyicians site didn’t know who she was, I was able to receive my medication.
THIS SIMPLE PROCESS TOOK 7 HOURS TO COMPLETE.
NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS SINCE I HAD BEEN IN PAIN SINCE MIDNIGHT MAKING
IT 15 HOUR’S I HAD TO SPEND IN PAIN.
Piedmont Phyicians of Kennesaw should be sued for such negligence.
DO NOT GO HERE EVER!

I just had my first appointment at this office with Dr. McDaniel, and I was so pleased that I just had to write a review. I am an overweight person, and I have spent so long feeling invalidated and overlooked because of my size. Dr. McDaniel made me feel seen and heard, and he spent so much time with me, going over every issue I’ve had and assuring me that he will never allow me to feel that way by him. What a perspective-altering experience. This has been the best doctor’s office appointment I have ever had, and I’m considering changing my grandfather’s care to him, as well because of how attentive and passionate he was. I could not say better things about this visit. I also utilized the Xray lab and blood-work stations. I can genuinely say that each person I encountered today was fantastic.

I was referred to this place from the Nextdoor app! Dr. Samyuktha N Muralidhara was the first doctor I ever went to that spent TIME with me! No rushing me in and out! With no insurance my office visit was $90.

I discovered Dr. Muralidhara when she was at the Towne Lake office. I treasure her. She listens, researches, takes every issue into consideration. She’s earned my trust, and that says a lot, because I’ve disliked doctors in general for decades. Dr. Muralidhara is the kind of doctor you always hope for, but rarely find. She began caring for me five months ago, and I already feel better than I’ve felt in years.

I love love love Dr. Muralidhara! She’s the first doctor that I actually enjoy seeing. She is thorough and very easy to talk to. She’s non-judgmental and very understanding. She never rushes me out of the office, she really takes the time to answer questions and explain any recommendations she might have. I’m so happy to have her as my primary physician!

The office staff is super friendly. It was my first time with my new PCP Dr. Muralidhara. She was fantastic. I’m someone who recently got off their parents insurance, and this office made the transition smooth. Thank you!

Even though we are quite a distance from the Piedmont Kennesaw office, I have continued to bring my mother to this facility because of David Slotin’s exemplary service and the genuine kindness and compassion of his nurse Lita.

I have lived in Acworth for 10 years. I don’t go to the doctor much and had yet to find a good one until I went to Piedmont Physicians recently in Kennesaw. Every single person I came into contact with was warm, friendly and kind and I didn’t have to wait long! From Melanie the receptionist, to Marta the person who drew my blood and Theresa in billing, they were all fantastic! Which is so unusual in this day and age. I saw David Slotin and he and his nurse were wonderful! I was having a bad panic attack and his nurse Lita helped me through it. She was very patient, understanding and kind. David really took his time with me and put me at ease. He listened very attentively and had a lot of answers and suggestions for me. I am a cash payer and they were very reasonable especially all the blood work I had done!! I won’t be going anywhere else! Thank you so much everyone at Piedmont Physicians in Kennesaw!! : )
