I love going to see Dr. Wright, however this is the 2nd time I’ve experienced a rude and inpatient call rep. The nasty and demeaning tone from the call reps are a bad representation of such a great doctor. I’ve noticed other reviews saying similar things. Common decency and respect not just for customers but as people is all I would hope for.

I’m (was) a patient at Peachtree Dermatology had a sudden blistering rash appear and it became urgent pretty quickly. I called at 3:30pm to schedule an appointment for ASAP. Apparently after 3:30pm is considered “after hours” (which is completely absurd) and was redirected to 3rd party appt service. The gentleman marked my request as urgent yet I NEVER received a call or even a courtesy email back to confirm! This was on Monday 2/5/24 and still nothing three days later. Thankfully I found another Dermatologist at a different practice who was able to accommodate me the following morning to treat my rash (even as a new patient) – shout out to the Dermatologists who actually care.

This practice has changed over the years and not for the better. No one follows at the end of business & the effort to help is minimal. Once they started loosing doctors this place has gone downhill.

I had a very small cyst that looked like a blackhead. Again, it was tiny but I was uncomfortable with it. I had it removed and had terrible results. I am now left with a half inch scar on my forehead. It is extremely more visible than the original cyst. I have seen other dermatologist who have stated the stitches were sewn too tight leaving me with both horizontal and verticals scars. I have refused to pay anymore of my balance due to the results. I would be very cautious about having them do any surgical work. Very unhappy with results and the overall service received.

Valarie Dihn is very professional and sweet but also competent and excellent at her job. She removed two skin tags expertly without leaving a single trace. She also helped me get rid of a pretty bad fungal infection

I absolutely love this practice! Everyone is so friendly and compassionate! The Physicians and their Physician Assistants are highly trained and skilled, I would trust any one of them with my skin health and treatment. The aestheticians are also fabulous! I have been treated by all three of them and am extremely happy with my results each time. Last but certainly not least Angela their cosmetic consultant is so knowledgeable about proper skincare, she always has the scoop on the newest and best products, and the aesthetic services they offer. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I have been a patient of this practice for over a decade. Although Dr Wright is my preferred provider, I have seen Dr Sturm on occasion as well as several of the PAs when I need to get in quickly and can’t wait for an appointment (the popularity of the doctors keeps them in high demand). I have never once felt rushed through my appointment. On occasion, I have had to wait a few extra minutes to be seen, but, I’ve also had to wait at other doctors’ offices, the dentist, for airplanes, food at the restaurant, and church service to let out. Its all part of life. Sometimes, I have been asked to try new medications to see how they address my skin concerns and most of the time they work great. When they don’t, I call in and get switched back to the older prescription with no problem. Their new office is bright, beautiful, and state-of-the-art.

I’ve been a patient at Peachtree Dermatology for over ten years. Dr. Christine Law is not only a highly qualified dermatologist, she also listens to my concerns and is warm and caring. The entire staff is extremely professional and pleasant. I recently stopped by the office to pick up a refill of a medicated lotion. Theresa in Check Out had what I needed and was not only efficient but quite warm and friendly, even though it was late on a Friday afternoon. She did not seem in the slightest bit rushed, but instead looked at my file and reminded me that my annual skin check was due. My experience with Theresa sums up the professional but also personal treatment that one receives at Peachtree Dermatology.

The first time I went into Peachtree Dermatology, I met with Dr. Law who prescribed me a skin care regimen which at first I was skeptical towards because I didn’t see changes right away. However, after about 2 weeks of consistent use, I started to see changes as Dr. Law mentioned. My acne is all gone and my scarring as a result of the acne has definitely started fading. This all happened in a matter of 6 weeks.
I just went in for a follow up and was given a product to help with the scarring and I am very optimistic as to the results I’ll see. Other than the great products I was given the new office is beautifullll. So clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this great team!!
Only piece of advice I have is be patient. Dealing with things like acne, scarring, breakouts, etc can be a process and things don’t get better over night.

I’ve been here a couple of times for various things and have had good experiences every time. Kelsey and I Hanna have checked me in, but regardless the front desk staff is top notch. Very courteous, smiles, and a friendly greeting when I walked in the door. My only gripe is that there’s only a few non parking deck spaces, but they let me know that it was validated when I inquired.
Traci has been the only doc I’ve seen, but she is so nice and friendly that honestly I’d be fine if she was just the normal physician (there’s a handful of docs to choose from I believe). She took her time and I didn’t feel rushed or anything.
Overall a solid office, which is hard to find with most doctor visits generally never being pleasant.

I had the most wonderful experience at Peachtree Dermatology Associates. The staff excels at grand hospitality and customer service. Dr. Wright listened to all of my medical concerns. Addressed all issues and delivered sound advise with an affordable treatment plan. Dr. Wright’s expertise with anti-aging is unparalleled. My overall impression of Peachtree Dermatology Associates exceeded my expectations. I am honored to have such a wonderful medical team who really cares!

Susan and her daughter are amazing and friendly! Had my first facial yesterday and couldn’t have gone any better!! I felt very comfortable because it made feel like I was right at home. I got a lot of advice throughout the session on how to better treat my skin. The service was just incredible and very professional! My face was glowing and had a soft texture when I got out! Wonderful experience is all I can say.

Wow!!! I just have to say I wish I would have know about this place years ago!
I came in today and met with Dr Tracy. She was so friendly, so professional and she has he most beautiful, glowing skin, which is always a good sign in a dermatologist!
I came in for adult acne on my chin and brown spots on my forehead, she was so amazing and sweet. I didn’t feel embarrassed at all and she talked to me like a friend.
She made some great recommendations and Prescribed me to some great products that will help with everything. I go back in 8 weeks and I’m actually looking forward to the appointment!

Dr. Sylvia Wright is the best! I had previously been treated by two “top” dermatologists and was not satisfied with the results, but Dr. Wright exceeded my expectations with her experience, ability, and skill in the placement of fillers, it made all the difference. She is brilliant and turned back the hands of time with a natural, refreshed look. She is careful, easy to talk to, and has stellar credentials, in addition to being a 4th generation physician, she did her 3-year residency training at Harvard.
I travel quite a distance to see Dr. Wright as I do not trust anyone else for my skin care. In addition to the fillers, she quickly diagnosed and resolved a skin condition and also painlessly removed a growth on my hand.
I love their new office, it is stunning, on the 9th floor in a beautiful new building with gorgeous views of Atlanta. Hands down Dr. Sylvia Wright is a talented and competent doctor, and when I get together with my college roommates, they all want to know why I look younger than all of them, I just smile and say to myself “Thank you, Dr. Wright.”
A shout out to Angela, the cosmetic consultant, she is always so helpful in selecting just the right products for me.
Thank you, Peachtree Dermatology means a lot to have someone that I can trust.
