These people are amazing! They have been fixing my family’s computers for at least 6 years now! They also fixed my Mac when it got a virus on my hard drive! And to top it all off they have fixed my iPhone twice now! First my cracked screen a year and half ago, and then my battery went out last week and then they fixed it within a couple hours of being dropped off! You guys rock!

My Dell laptop came down with a virus (my sister watched Korean drama on it – BEWARE). I took it to PC EMT the next day. It took them 24hrs to make a diagnosis, no big ’cause I got school computers I could use in the mean time. After the diagnosis, the repair was finished within a couple of hours. The staff was very nice and courteous and helpful since I’m such a noob when it comes to computer repair. Overall, the service I received was fast and reasonably priced. Will definitely be visiting them for all my computer troubles.

This company offers top notch customer service. They fixed my laptop in record time and it was inexpensive. I also hired them a few time to fix computer and network issues around the office.
I highly recommend their services. They really know what they are doing. Never going back to big box stores for computer services again.

My daughter’s high school laptop was in bad shape. A water leaked inside her backpack and damaged the computer. After they repaired the problem and the computer came home, a new problem was encountered within days.These guys went above and beyond to repair it and make sure we could get one more year out of it, and they didn’t charge me for the second repair! I was impressed by this customer experience and recommend them to everyone who has an electronic device in need of TLC.
