Welcome to Pasta Max Café. Douglas Zitz opened this establishment in Henry County in 1994. Pasta Max Café differs from other restaurants. They’re not a chain, fresh pasta is their specialty at Pasta Max Café made in the style of Northern Italy.

Throughout the years, they have expanded their menu, combining the finest cuisine with an abundance of new ideas. All of the ingredients used in this restaurant are the finest available and everything is made there on the premises.

The chicken parm here is great. Pasta Max is the best Italian restaurant in Henry County. There is no need to go anywhere else. The rolls are fantastic and there’s lots of different wines to choose from.

Heard good reviews about this place. When we got there, most table were full (always a good sign). The staff were friendly. And advised that we share a pizza as the portions are big. I was thinking “they haven’t seen me eat”. But when the food came it was indeed BIG. We even took some home. I have to say it is the best Italian I have ever been to. The food is fresh, well seasoned and tasty. The price is great for the amount of food you get. If I’m ever in McDonough again – I will 100% re visit this little gem.

I have been eating here since I was a child, they were located in Stockbridge. My father (Dale) would always go to the kitchen when we would go dine in there and talk to Dave. Dave would always make my mom (annette) her fish she likes just the way she liked it. And always had what dad would want. He always gave us something sweet at the end. Now I am grown/married and have kids of my own I will be going in the next few days. I want my family to enjoy his amazing food. And omgeezzz the bread was amazing as well! I can’t wait to get there!!! Absolutely love love love it.

Love love this place! And that’s saying a lot coming from me. The garlic rolls are yummy. Never had a bad meal here & we’ve been going for some years. The waiters are thoughtful and usually efficient (esp’ly Charla). Our out-of-town friends always want to eat here. Hate that we have to wait for a table so often but I guess that’s what keeps it real. Keep up the super good food!
