Outstanding customer service at the front desk, willing to take the time to provide in depth explanations for each procedure, the cost, and benefits of the “add on” services. Calm atmosphere, which is really important for our anxiety prone puppy.

The vet himself had such a calm laid back demeanor, answered all of our questions, explained each step of the visit, and most importantly was so gentle and patient with our dog. Not to mention our 2 year old had to tag along for this visit and he even was kind enough to engage her in the exam. Wonderful office!

This vet is very accommodating and convenient. It’s so nice to find a vet that has weekend and evening hours so I don’t have to take time off of work to take my animals in. I was able to call and make an appointment for the same day which is great!
