Papa Joe’s BBQ is derived from the Southern tradition of in-ground pit BBQ. Over 5 generations have handed down the secret of Parks Family BBQ. Our use of prime aged hardwoods and 17 herbs and spices along with our secret basting sauce makes our BBQ one of the best you’ll experience in the South.

Our style of BBQ was awarded People’s Champion in 2007 at the Stone Mountain BBQ Festival and 2nd place Best Whole Hog at Atlanta BBQ Festival 2012.
