What is the primary thing homeowners dislike about hiring contractors? They are untrustworthy. Homeowners feel (and regularly are) as if their contractor is taking advantage of them. If you want to avoid that, call Charlie. Charlie has given himself a reputation of being honest, fair, transparent, prompt, and professional. He provides high quality work and great customer service. I’d highly recommend Painting Plus, Siding Plus, Roofing Plus, and Gutters Plus. Save yourself a headache and give Charlie a call.

Chad and his crew were great, I had a major renovation performed new James Hardie siding, new deck, new front porch railings and steps. Crews worked from 8 AM till dark, very courteous and they did a great job at a fair price. Looks like I have a new house, highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an upgrade on their house, you will be very pleased with the outcome.

I am a residential contractor and needed all new siding, windows and paint for a great customers home, items I do not deal with. Charlie called back promptly, returned a quote faster than others and was competitively priced. Charlie took time out of his busy schedule to meet me at the window supplier to go over different options. From demo to final paint all the trades he sent out completed their projects professionally and promptly. He also replaced all the overhangs, gutters and downspouts. My customer is very happy with their new exterior. I would recommend Painting plus for all your exterior projects.

Painting Plus is an outstanding company. I have had painting services and gutter replacement performed in the past and today I used their gutter cleaning service. Just as in the past, their service was over the top. Words I can use to describe Painting Plus are; professional, reliable, very affordable, prideful and, oh! don’t let me forget , just darn great. I called to request their gutter cleaning service at 8:30 am. today and they arrive by noon, finished by 3:00 pm. They were very thorough and left the site spotless. This company is not two guys in an old Volkswagen bus. It’s nice to see good, old American work ethics still exists in today’s world. You won’t be disappointed!

Painting Plus did an amazing job on my siding replacement, painting, and deck staining. We got a couple of different quotes in the process and they were competitively priced, given we knew they did high quality work based on our neighbor’s house. They are experts in exterior work of all kinds and definitely left the back of the house in a better state to resist the elements (i.e. added flashing that was previously missing). Staining the deck was going to be next on my list and once I learned they can handle that as well, we added it to the total job. In the process, they even replaced some boards that were rotting without being asked. They definitely look to make your exterior look as good and be as safe as possible and go above and beyond to do so. Will definitely use again for other home projects.

Great work, and great people to work with. Anthony have a good work write up before we commit. They discover the things that needs work. Then the paint job they suggested the trims to make it look good. And they did well. We did the sidings, gutter and overall house exterior. The neighbors think it’s a new house. I’m happy with the project manager Eduardo and his guy Gustavo. Very pleasant to work with. A major project like this is expensive but it’s worth it. We’re happy.

Had them come out and redo some siding, and they told me step by step what they were going to do and everything. Did it in a great amount of time and was very professional about everything. Also, very nice workers.

James Jenkins and his crew recently replaced my porch roof, ceiling, and siding. I also had them paint the interior of my porch. They did an exceptional job and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The team was very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again for future work.

Have had siding work done with them for the second time now and both jobs were done fast and look great. James kept in contact the whole time and was very easy to work with. Any request I had were addressed and the quality in their work shows. Will gladly keep doing business with them for any of my home repair needs.
