Our garage door is 4 years old. One of them would no longer open. We had Douglas come out from Overhead Door. He explained the builder put in the old type of springs on our door that you can’t get into the wires without removing it and the spring had broken. He said if he replaced the spring with the new type that it could be fixed easily in the future and the door wouldn’t have to be replaced.
We paid for it and feel safe knowing the door is good and it opens very easily!

OGD did an excellent job. I used them before and their track record is still excellent! Others offered to replace the garage door for a heavy price. But OGD repaired the issue so that it looks new – for a much more reasonable cost. I Highly recommend OGD.

Jesse the tech is amazingly good. Saved me lots of money. Precision came in and told me i need a new door. Every thing is bad.
I doubted that guy from precision. I called OGD and thank god , with Jesse skills and honesty the repair was completed under $500.00.
I highly recommend OGD when you have trouble with your overhead doors.

My experience was very very good. It was outstanding. In fact. The technician arrived promptly and gave me a quick quote and advise me what would need to be done and then he was able to do it. And now my garage door works great and is even quieter.

The only place to go for any details regarding your Garage. They have everything from Garage Doors, Openers, Flooring etc. Everything you can imagine you would need from a Garage Door Company and they have the Customer Service to back it all up.

These guys installed our doors a few years ago and recently did a great job adjusting and tuning them up as they had started to get very noisy and cable was coming off the pulley. And most recently we got new garage doors and they did a great job with the install and post-install tuning.

The Professional Adam Robinson was awesome. He was very informative and explained what the problem was and what needed to be done. He completed the job in a very timely manner . Amazing! Technician was running late due to a larger job ahead of ours. Got to our house and diagnosed things really quickly, fixed it in less than an hour. My wife and I felt bad because he then had to turn around and drive another 45 minutes away due to an emergency call at 9:30 at night.
Highly recommend and will always use for any garage door needs!

I just had a great experience with Overhead Door. They were able to come quickly and give me a very honest assessment of the issue and present a reasonable path forward. I won’t hesitate to call them again. Also, I appreciated that the original technician who looked at my unique issue referred me to Senior Tech Stan Tate—I respected the original tech’s honest assessment that a more experienced tech should weigh in, and Stan was awesome in explaining everything to me.

I was pleased to speak directly with a human being when I called the phone number. Same-day appointments were not available when I called just before noon, but my request ticket was flagged as a priority due to my car being trapped in the garage. I received a call about an hour later to offer me an appointment window that afternoon, and Stan the tech called me awhile later to let me know he was en route. Stan was courteous and efficient and had my garage door repaired and working in short order once I approved his quote. easy payment via credit card with an email receipt. Recommended, would hire again.

Casey showed up after normal business hours to fix out door that had come off of the track due to an issue with a bolt coming off. He was efficient, friendly and honest. To be honest, he could have told me I needed a whole new door and I would have spent the money. I appreciate him not trying to give me the hard sell and fixed the issue with minimal time. I also appreciated that he was concerned with safety when on the ladder, parking and wearing gloves.

One of the springs/coils on my garage snapped. I attempted to fix it myself based on using a few YouTube clips. The situation only got worse and, at times, dangerous. My wife, after two days of letting me try it myself, finally convinced me to call a professional. I hesitated because my neighbor paid a tremendous amount to get the same issue fixed. I called Overhead Door and they came out early the next day (a Saturday) and fixed everything within 30 minutes and charged me $400 less than what my neighbor paid to fix his. The technician was not arrogant and very friendly. He was kind enough to even make me feel better about what I did accomplish and he did not “upsale” me on anything. In 2022, this type of efficiency and kindness is extremely rare. I will definitely turn to them first for any future issues.

My garage door was not opening fully. Overhead door quoted me a price and was clear. Ryan ordered and replaced hinges and springs and did it quickly and efficiently. He was also super friendly. I would absolutely use this company again! Thank you Ryan and Overhead Door!
