Over review led this company in the past but the most recent encounter was their customer service line. I called with an issue, had a little bit of a wait before I got a liver tech person. She was amazing. Walked me through my issue and helped me discover how to avoid the same mistakes by walking me through each platform level in the mobile app. I now have complete confidence in moving forward with App operation allowing me access to controlling my garage doors from anywhere! Great Job!

Our garage door broke a couple of weekends ago. Overhead Door Company came out in a couple of hours and rigged it to work until they could replace the spring. Dan and Evan did a great job in a timely fashion. They put in a new spring system that is a heavier duty spring that was originally put in by the builder. Thank you Dan for coming to the rescue!

I have 3 Overhead Door Company Garage Doors and openers. I have routine maintenance perform on every other year. ODC does an exception job, and their expertise has saved me $$$ in having to replace either the doors or openers. Recently, I had them replace the weatherstripping around each of the garage doors. This weatherstripping is critical to keeping the cold weather out of your garage.

On time, efficient, professional and friendly!
Whoa! Talking about a great experience! If you live in Atlanta or have lived in the ATL, there is one thing that the majority of people will agree on and that’s “lack of quality customer service.”
But not with Adam and the people at Overhead Door Company. Not only were they pleasant on the phone, Adam, our service technician, called 30 mins before arrival, showed up on time and walked us through what was going on with the garage door, fixed it and was done in about 30 mins!
If you’re looking for a great garage door company, the folks over there won’t act as though showing up and giving you friendly service is “extra work.”
I highly recommend them for your garage door issues!

We were experiencing some minor problems with a garage door and called Overhead Door Co. They sent a great technician the same day. He quickly fixed the problem and provided “routine maintenance” on both doors at a very reasonable price. He was knowledgeable and provided me with tips on how avoid future problems. Would definitely recommend Overhead Door Co!!

I just had a great experience with Overhead Door. They were able to come quickly and give me a very honest assessment of the issue and present a reasonable path forward. I won’t hesitate to call them again. Also, I appreciated that the original technician who looked at my unique issue referred me to Senior Tech Stan Tate—I respected the original tech’s honest assessment that a more experienced tech should weigh in, and Stan was awesome in explaining everything to me.

Bobby showed up exactly when he said he would and diagnosed our garage door issue almost instantly. Luckily it was an easy fix and even something I can do myself, so he just turned the trip charge into a tune-up service for a very nominal fee.
Very pleased with my experience so I’ll definitely be calling Overhead Door again next time we need service.

My garage door was not opening fully. Overhead door quoted me a price and was clear. Ryan ordered and replaced hinges and springs and did it quickly and efficiently. He was also super friendly. I would absolutely use this company again! Thank you Ryan and Overhead Door!

Casey showed up after normal business hours to fix out door that had come off of the track due to an issue with a bolt coming off. He was efficient, friendly and honest. To be honest, he could have told me I needed a whole new door and I would have spent the money. I appreciate him not trying to give me the hard sell and fixed the issue with minimal time. I also appreciated that he was concerned with safety when on the ladder, parking and wearing gloves.

I was pleased to speak directly with a human being when I called the phone number. Same-day appointments were not available when I called just before noon, but my request ticket was flagged as a priority due to my car being trapped in the garage. I received a call about an hour later to offer me an appointment window that afternoon, and Stan the tech called me awhile later to let me know he was en route. Stan was courteous and efficient and had my garage door repaired and working in short order once I approved his quote. easy payment via credit card with an email receipt. Recommended, would hire again.

Our technician was great! He even spent a few extra minutes Talking through potential garage door upgrades in the future. Overall experience was excellent. Would definitely not hesitate to use this company again. They got us scheduled within 48 hours, did the repair exactly as we suspected and overall a fair price. Thanks!
