Colten is the best. Very good communication. He is very polite and does his job quickly and effectively. We have been very happy with Northwest in general but having Colten as the on-site guy makes it much better. We will continue to use these services for the foreseeable future.

Best service and professionalism. Signed up for unlimited service. They took care of our bug problem fast and safe. We have lots of pets and they uses all organic sprays that really work. Our bug guy is like family now. Highly recommended for all your pest problems.

Customer service is at the highest level with this company. I especially like the friendliness of the staff. When I call the office, the staff is always friendly and helpful. They are also very accommodating and tries to make appointments that fit my schedule. Austin is really great. He is friendly, kind, knowledgeable, informative, patient, and thorough. I have been using the Northwest Exterminating pest control service for many years and I am very happy with this company and their excellent service level.

Northwest has always been responsive to my needs as a homeowner. This last visit, we had been having a big problem with ants. Trey came out and was very thorough in his approach to treating the problem and encouraged me to reach out again if it continues. I’m not sure yet if our ant problem is completely solved, but I feel confident that Northwest will be there for me if it’s not. Time will tell.

We have used this company for years, first for termite inspection then indoor pest control and then – after a bad experience with another company – lawn maintenance. The technicians are always polite, efficient, prompt and reliable.

Very happy with them. They always let us know when they’ll be coming to do our pest control service and always show up on time. Pest control is effective. We had many roaches and now we have none.

We have had Northwest for over 10 years for our termite control, but recently added pest control for our spider and ant problem. Josh was so patient in explaining what the service would cover and we felt no pressure to sign up. When we did sign up, we were very impressed with how quickly he came and sprayed. We discovered a few ant nests in the yard a few days after he had sprayed and he was so quick to come back out and spray again. He was great to deal with and I would highly recommend Northwest and especially Josh!

When we purchased our home the yard was basically dirt and weeds. It was obvious the previous owners never put effort into it. We started with an evaluation and quote from Northwest lawn care services and quickly agreed to a treatment plan that was affordable. In one year we saw a huge difference and now after two years I feel like our yard is one of the better looking yards in the neighborhood. The grass is thick and green and the weeds are minimal, their team works hard to make sure we were happy with the results and kept a great line of communication with us as we were out of town for half the year. I would recommend using this company for yard services and pest control, insects, ants, all of that. They took care of it all! Not to mention Ashley our point of contact was amazing to work with, very sweet, wonderful memory and always did what she said she was going to. The gentlemen that came out to the house, Bill Gliden was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with as well! The house is ready to sell with great curb appeal thanks to Northwest!

Keith Cash is a fantastic person to work with, and one of the nicest guys I know!
He is always very courteous, has quick turnaround time for estimates, and provides excellent educational information that I share with my Board of Directors on new services aimed at pest control services!
I’ve had residents comment on his positive attitude and they have mentioned how polite and professional he has been when out drafting estimates for me.
He’s an excellent asset for Northwest!

We started their service today, and the tech that came out, Ryan, couldn’t have been nicer. He came in, listened to my concerns, and got right to work. He explained everything he was doing, what else needed to be done, and how and when to contact him if we needed help before their next scheduled visit. This was the first time we’ve needed pest control services, so we weren’t sure what to expect. I would definitely recommend this company.
