Sales visited us with samples and provided a written estimate within a day…the product was ordered and arrived within a week….install was scheduled and the job (3 bedrooms) was completed in a day…the 3 installer team worked fast & efficiently and did a superb job with minimum dust and debris, including the after job clean up…The job included moving the major furniture items…. The owner dropped by for an inspection! Payments were easily made through e-check….and the floors look great!

Sales Rep Mark Thompson was a pleasure to work with. A quick response to my inquiry for new red oak flooring…quickly overcoming a pandemic related supplier shortage along with a commitment to a timely install schedule and a responsive follow-up to finishing touches. Cindy was fantastic to work with! They removed existing tile in our kitchen and replaced with hardwoods and matched our existing hardwoods to match perfectly. They made sure the stain we used was exactly what I had envisioned. They were on time, professional, and did amazing work! Highly recommend and will use again in the future.
