Dr Wallace has been my family care pcp since childhood and, without a doubt, will always appreciate the exceptional care at this Family Practice & Urgent Care. Love Northside so much! The MAs and PAs and physicians at this practice have bedside manner and know the importance of quality patient care. 5 stars.

I come here a couple times a year and it’s always a good experience. They always have highly trained doctor’s who also have their own practices, versus other places I’ve been to with only a nurse with little experience. They take their time and go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. I also like how when you make an appointment they stick pretty close to it.

This review is for the urgent care. The intake nurse Amy was so sweet and the NP Tanya was thorough and kind. I used the save my spot and was taken on time. I had exam, chest X-ray and covid test and was out in 35 minutes!. Very pleased.

I love this place! Staff is super knowledgeable and my wait time is always reasonable. I feel lucky to have access to this facility. Most recently saw Brian Kemp PA and he’s the absolute best.

I went to the urgent care for a bad cold with cough and chest congestion. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and professional and so was the technician who did my X-Ray. The doctor was very thorough and my issue was addressed. He prescribed medication and he told me to follow up with my primary care doctor a week later.
My only issue was that the nurse who took my vitals had a bad attitude and clearly didn’t want to be at work the day after thanksgiving.

I’ve visited when I needed immediate care for respiratory ailments and once for insect bites. I’ve always received courteous, efficient and most importantly, effective treatment. This facility is in keeping with the high standards of the Northside tradition.

Dr.Wallace and staff are very caring and efficient.They always seem to truly care about your health, and Dr.Wallace spends a lot of time at each visit discussing symptoms and ways of dealing with health problems….

Took my husband Gary in on a Sunday just before closing with possible kidney stones, after test and consult was given shot for infection and pain med prescription which helped. He didn’t make an appointment with a urologist like they told him to so he was back again 2 weeks later for same thing on a Saturday just before closing. Kristen was the PA and was GREAT. Not sure how but she remembered him from his first visit. Will use them again when needed.

I visited Northside Urgent Care yesterday for an earache and had a great experience. The front desk staff was pleasant and the doctor was nice even for the last 30 minutes before closing. I arrived around 640p and was seen within an hour. There were only a few people in the waiting room. I would definitely return in the future.

My husband and I have come here for urgent care over the years. We have always had a great experience. Staff is nice, its NEVER crowded like a lot of the other “urgent care” centers. And Dr. Wallace is so friendly and nice and great and answering any questions. I absolutely recommend this place.
