We have a superintendent on every installation. He will contact you the day before your material and dumpster is delivered to let you know when these items will arrive, and to give you his phone number in case you need to contact him for any reason. We offer free estimates.

The superintendent will be on your job first thing the morning of installation to discuss any concerns you may have, and to make sure that things are running smoothly. Our roofing services are from minor roof repairs to complete replacement of even the largest roofs.

I enthusiastically recommend Northeast Georgia Quality Roofs to anyone. My reasons? First, when Ray inspected my roof, he noticed evidence of hail and wind damage and persuasively insisted that I contact my insurance company to file a claim. None of the other four roofing companies recommended that step, probably because the roof was about 20 years old. Except for making the initial claim with my insurance company, Ray handled the paperwork and even met with the insurance adjuster on site to point out the damage. Second, Ray handled all this and the roofing while I was out of state attending to my dying mother. As I was spending the last several hours with my 95-year-old mother, Ray and his crew were replacing my roof–in a single day. He kept me informed with text messages and photos as the work was progressing. In my three decades in the Athens area, I have worked with no company that surpasses the integrity, quality of work, and concern for the customer that NEGAQR displayed to me. Finally, the cost of the work and materials was the lowest of the reputable roofers’ estimates I received. Even including the insurance deductible, because of Ray’s knowledge of the insurance claims process, I ended up paying only about 25% of the estimates from other roofers.
