I truly love the staff here! Front office as always was able to get me checked in very quickly even though I came in close to closing time. Dr. Crusor was amazing! She took very good care of me and I was in and out! My nurse Naomi was awesome as well making me feel very comfortable even though I was in pain. I did feel bad for coming in close to closing time however, they still were happy to help me in a efficient manner. This is my go to place for quick care!

Dr. Carol Klingenberg and the staff were friendly and welcoming even on one of the busiest urgent care days of the year (day after Christmas) at 5:30. Dr. K was so thorough and listened closely to me. She was very present even though I know she would have to be exhausted. This practice is excellent because of the physicians, Dr. Van Horn and Dr. Klingenberg. I hope this is recognized and that they both are appreciated for the work they do.

Front staff was efficient and very friendly. Made an online appointment and was seen pretty much on time. Dr. Deanna McAlphin and Trevor were both super friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I had to get a Tetanus shot and when Trevor administered, it was easier than the flu shot! They all made a trying experience much easier to handle. I encourage visits here if you don’t have major ailments.

I visited on 11-16-19, I’m very pleased with the service… I’ve never been to an urgent care center but sought one out, knowing that it would have taking a week or two to see my primary health care provider, it would have also taken many hours to go to the emergency room…

Coming here, I felt that all the extra time and red tape to see a doctor was no more… I finally felt like it was about me the patient, wanting to help me with my issue immediately, prescribed me medication and see me on my way, no extra wait time, no next week appointments, I was in and out…

The doctor was very knowledgeable, the whole staff was caring and professional… I walked right in without an appointment, was treated and giving follow-up information all within 40 minutes..

Thanks so much, I will with use Piedmont Urgent Care again and recommended them to friends and family already…

I always have a positive experience with this urgent care. I have seen Dr. Julie Crusor my past 2 visits and she is exceptional. She is thorough and makes your concerns heard. The medical staff is always friendly. The MA who took my history, Anne, was very kind. Wait time is never more than 15-20 min. Highly recommend this UC for any ailment.

Slipped on diving board at Medlock Pool. Ignominy. Dislocated toe confirmed by X-ray. Reduction successful (confirmed by X-ray)! No wait time. Experienced, caring, personable MA, MD and admin staff. Team coordination and cohesion evident. Also pleased by continuity of care allowed by Epic MyChart feature. I have been treated here in the past also when my own MD was not available. I have also had all 3 of my young children treated here at other times when their pediatrician was not available.
