Specializing in spine care and pain management, Non-Surgical Orthopaedics, P.C. was established in 1993. Since that time, our practice has developed into one of the premier non-surgical orthopaedic practices in the southeast, and an industry leader for the non-invasive treatment of back and neck pain. We treat all orthopaedic conditions and specialize in low back pain. Our goal is to eliminate pain with a strong emphasis on injury prevention and rehabilitation.

17yrs and counting, and my opinion has not changed….
Below is still relevant, but I have to say that my continued time at NSO have been outstanding…The world has been under stressful and extreme times due to Covid. Yet, even with these circumstances, the level of service at this practice continues to be exemplary. From being greeted at the door, until the door closes behind you as you conclude your business and exit the building, all personnel continue to demonstrate a high level of professional excellence. They even manage to anticipate my immediate needs and future long range needs, and Take care of those prior to my exit. I could not ask for a better team of professionals.
I am very thankful and lucky to have them.

I have been a patient here for quite some time. The staff is very attentive, and quick to solve issues that pop up. Without going into detail, I had an issue last month with medications that were a breath away from becoming a major issue. Other practices would have taken days or even a week to solve the issue. However, with just 1 email, the situation (which had several moving parts, that could potentially make the resolution get drawn out) was resolved without so much as a hiccup. I am thankful and blessed to have such wonderful people looking out for me. I would recommend this practice to anyone that requires the types of services these good people handle. Very professional, kind and courteous.

I cannot say enough about not only the results I received from Dr Grasso, Julian (NP) and the entire staff! I went to Dr Grasso with severe muscle spasms in my left side of my neck and left shoulder area. After ER visits, Chiro, massages and traction, I finally got relief with my 1st nerve block! I was so excited! I continue to be treated like I am part of their family! We drive over 40 minutes but I would not trust my care to anyone else after the amazing care and results I have been receiving! I referred a co-worker and now our adult daughter just visited. You will not be disappointed!

They are unorganized and not efficient to say the least. My experience was a waste of time and money. They knew I was coming from a different state and instead of telling me to have updated testing done first, they allowed me to come and waste my time and money on a first visit. Would not recommend them to anyone. Find somewhere else to go.

I was involved in a car accident in 2012. I came into the practice desperate for help. After trying physical therapy and trigger point injections, I decided to get a lumbar epidural. To my surprise, after everything I had gone through…. I finally had relief! Thank You Dr. Grasso and your wonderful staff for helping me enjoy my life again. I can now pick up my child again! Chasing a toddler was unbearable before….now I feel better than I ever have!

Drove 240 miles one way to see Dr Weil. Was in allot of pain in low back. After a few visits, i was on my way to recovery. The service i received was great and staff was wonderful and assisted any time I called.
