When I arrived for my usual maintenance appointment I was expecting to have to wait for at least 1 hour. It was a holiday and it was busy with a lot of people well before me and still waiting. I was surprised when I was told I was ready to go earlier than expected! During check out, Bobby spent time attentively reviewing all details of findings and upcoming service I would need to schedule. I sincerely appreciated his level of detail, time, and expertise. He did so with care and so I trusted his advise and will most certainly continue servicing my vehicle with him.

Serge in the service department is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. He always takes the time to answer any questions I have & I’m 100% confident in his service advice. He has assisted me with everything from oil changes to new tires & I would recommend him to anyone to help with all your service needs. I typically do not take the time to write reviews, but I have to make an exception. These guys are awesome and I will never buy from any other dealership again. Chris Rozier was so helpful and nice to work with! He helped me find the perfect car for me and my budget. I had a trade-in and was very doubtful I could get what I needed to get for it, but he insisted we could come to an agreement. I’ve bought several cars and had heard this before, but he stayed true to his word and worked hard to make it happen. The Sales Manager Nick was just as awesome and went above and beyond to work out all the numbers. The process was quick and easy and they were such a pleasure to work with. I am so appreciative for their help. I highly highly recommend Nissan of Athens, and specifically these two guys. If you’re looking for a car, go see Chris!!!

My husband and I saw a certified pre-owned car that they were advertising through their website. We have a baby, so we couldn’t both go to the dealership to test drive it without a lot of hassle with the car seat. We thought I would just go because the car would have been predominantly mine, but when I got to the dealership they just let me take the car for the day, so I could take it home and my husband could drive it too. We decided we liked it, and we wanted to buy it so that no one else would snatch it up, as we knew it was a really good deal (we’d looked online all over the southeast to compare prices). It was listed online for a few thousand dollars less than the listed price at the dealership, and they sold it to us for the online price. The entire process took just a few hours. Everyone was as friendly and helpful as could be!

I would highly recommend this dealership and the sales team is great! A high level of personal attention and all questions answered honestly and thoroughly. Chris Rozier was excellent as a sales rep.
