I must thank the staff and team at Nexus Pain Center. I have been a patient for eight years. In December 2023, a team member ordered an MRI, and they discovered bilateral avascular necrosis in my hips. Early discovery of this disease process will enable me to move forward with a hip replacement in a timely manner. Thank you, Emily Bundrick, for your forward thinking and proactiveness.

I accompanied my mom and we walked in my mom said Good morning and no response so she said it again and the front desk receptionist did not say anything but there was a good morning from the back,,,that was the first red flag. If you don’t have the common courtesy to greet your patients then guess what find another job. I don’t do well with unprofessional and rude people. Then my mom just stood there for minutes and there was still no acknowledgement or just a “give me a moment and I will be with you”, just silence. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. I will be reporting this to the BBB. Giving a 1 star was generous to say the least.

Nexus Pain Center has been a blessing to me! I’ve been going here for a little over 10 years and I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect from the entire staff! I’m currently seeing Emily and I am thankful to have her as my pain management Dr. Emily is caring, compassionate, personable and understanding! She listens to her patients and will do whatever she can to help you. I will forever be thankful for the care I receive at Nexus pain center!

The worst place ever. Book you an appointment and have you sitting in the lobby past your appointment time. There is no communication about why you’re sitting there that long

Whoever yall got doing the interviews is an absolutely R U D E PERSON!!! I will be sure to let everyone I know who would be interested in working here that they would have a better workplace environment somewhere else. That had to have been the ABSOLUTE WORST INTERVIEW I HAVE EVER BEEN A PART OF. You should choose hiring personell more carefully if you expect to have any new hires stay. I wouldn’t work there if you paid me a million dollars.

Excellent place to be referred to. The Doctors, nurses, and reception area checking in & checking out are all great. They are very understanding about your pain & try to get to the bottom of it so they can have the right treatment plan for you. They have below greatly.

I personally work here at the moment and it’s a great job! Yes the wait times might be a little longer than expected at times but people lets be real, what doctors office isn’t these days?!?
These doctors here take pride in what they do so they tend to take a little extra time with their patients instead of rushing. Most people would be appreciate that! As far as the staff goes alot of people have changed since a year ago and as far as I am concerned we do not have anyone that is rude in our staff.
We try to all work together as a team and do whatever we can for our patients. I’m extremely sorry if you feel otherwise! GOD BLESS!

Well I’ve mostly had good experience with this place over the last 2 years however when it comes to insurance and paying up front someone is not too bright BC they have my wrong copay every time I come there and sometimes i get told.that I don’t know what I am talking about yet when they check the computer for my correct insurance info I’m always right…thank goodness there are a few ppl there that are the sweetest ppl I’ve ever encountered.
They love my daughter and literally babysit her sometimes when I need extra help in the office ….finally the Dr ….I’ll say that 80% of the time he is sweet and understanding of my pain that I cannot help I have and is very good about working with me dealing with making sure if I have to have surgery planned or unexpected that I’m going to have the proper pain relief.
However he has come into the exam room with an attitude from before I came and takes it out on me. That’s not.professional in my opinion. Overall it’s a great place to go
