Dr. Ross is originally from Illinois and founded Neurological Spine and Pain in 2014 in Savannah, GA after previously practicing at Optim Orthopedics for 7 years. She earned her B.S. in biology from Illinois Univeristy in 1997 and her medical degree from Southern Illinois University – College of Medicine in 2002.

She completed a one year internship in Orlando at the Orlando Regional Medical Center and then completed both her anesthesiology residency and pain fellowship at the Medical College of Georgia, where she utilized innovative technology and clinical research to evaluate and treat complex, chronic pain problems..

She strongly believes in an individualized and multidisciplinary approach to pain management. She works closely with the area internists, physical therapists, chiropractors, psychiatrists, neurologists, and spine surgeons to insure that each patient has the optimal individualized treatment plan.

First off i dont ever write reviews. If you are subject to Drug screening for your job. This isn’t the place for you to receive pain management. This office will prescribe meds that will cost you your job and or land you in jail. This office won’t stand behind there patience nor do they listen to you when you tell them
that you can’t have certain meds because of your job. It also takes them a month and Sundays to schedule you’re first appointment. They also barely ever answer the phone. When you leave a message it takes them 3,4,5 days to get back to you.

I was able to schedule an appointment easily. Staff was very nice. Dr. Ross was amazing. She spent a long time with me reviewing my medical records and doing her exam. We went over many different treatment options to find one that she felt would work best for me. Honestly it has been the best healthcare experience I have had since moving to the US 3 years ago. It’s hard to find anyone that treats patients with respect or seems to care here and Dr. Ross seemed to genuinely care about me and finding the best treatment for me.

I saw Dr. Ross for severe neck pain and headaches which had been present for many years. She was so kind and understanding and spent time explaining my problem to me and offering multiple options. She started me on a new medicine which helped and also offered me an occipital nerve block which has almost completely taken away my pain. She has a wonderful bedside manner and I have recommended her to all my friends and family!!

I came to see Dr. Ross for help with my chronic back pain. Dr. Ross took time to take a good history and order the necessary tests necessary to diagnosis the source of my back pain. An MRI scan was ordered. She reviewed the MRI with me and and was able to expertly explain my problem to me and offer a treatment plan which involved core strengthening and flexibility exercises, medication, and epidural injections using platelet rich plasma. I now see Dr. Ross on a monthly basis to manage what is a chronic medical problem for me. Her clinic is based on efficiency so that I am able to attend my medical visits without missing a half days work.

Best Dr. I have been too. As far as really caring about what and where it hurts and how she plans on treating the pain. Dr. Ross is a very caring individual. Wouldn’t trade Drs even with no insurance I still seek her care and have referred several people whom still seek her for help to this day.
