Jamie walzer was a joy to work with. she was fair, firm and knowledgeable. she helped us know what to do to get our house ready. she knew how to get the word out on our home and it definitely paid off – we received at least three offers, two of which were over our asking price! Jamie definitely knew our market and what our house would bring to the table. my only warning – make sure you are ready to move quick! our first over-asking-offer came in the day after we listed! I will definitely work with Jamie and nest for our next purchase.

We are extremely pleased with the way Kerry Lucasse and the Nest team handled the sale of our Decatur home. Kerry was on top of it from the start and always kept us in the loop about every marketing activity and buyer who visited our home. Our home sold in less than a month and because we were relocating out of state it made a few things more complicated, but Kerry handled every issue like a champ. We love her to death and wish she would have been able to help us buy our new home in Seattle!

Amy Long was beyond helpful in what was the super stressful situation of finding a last minute home. She was very knowledgeable about everything needed to get us organized quickly, was very friendly, and was always very quick to answer or return our calls. She was honestly one of the only realtors we contacted that actually answered her phone. Would definitely recommend for anyone buying or selling, and will definitely use again in the future!
