Nelson exteriors did an excellent job with the resurfacing and staining of our deck. Our salesman (Jake Mifsud) did an excellent job with planning our work and not selling unnecessary work. Our project manager (Jeff) made sure that the work was completed expeditiously and properly. We are extremely satisfied with their service and work. We wholeheartedly would recommend them to others.

Nelson Exteriors recently completed replacing the siding on our home. We chose the HardiPlank primed which Nelson painted as well. After the siding was installed they pressured washed all the trim before painting. We were extremely pleased with the completed job and highly recommend this company. Our Sales Rep, Josiah George was very courteous and knowledgeable. He looked at our project and explained all our options very clearly. He provided an estimate within a few hours.
Our office contact was Ebony. She was always friendly, courteous and professional. She provided all the necessary paperwork in an efficient manner and her follow up was excellent.
The siding crew was first rate. They worked hard every minute they were on the job site. They cleaned up the property when they left. They were very careful not to damage anything around the home. The quality of their workmanship was first class all the way.
The painting crew was very professional. They worked hard each day. They made sure all the windows were covered as well as the plants and anything else that wasn’t to be painted. They did an excellent job of calking everything. While they worked at a fast pace they made sure the quality of their work was top notch. They were very neat and cleaned up after each day. The finished product showed that we had an experienced, professional crew that took pride in the quality of their work.
Our Project Manager was Lazaro Rodriguez. What an outstanding professional. He checked in on the job site every day. His attention to detail was amazing. Nothing slipped by him. If it wasn’t done to his high standards he made certain it was redone and he was just as likely to do it himself. He gave us excellent advice on some repairs and always gave us a thorough explanation of the work to be done. We put our trust in him and he did not disappoint. If we had a questions Lazaro was just a phone call away. If he didn’t answer he got right back to you. Lazaro was friendly and very courteous. We felt very fortunate to have such an experienced, professional working on our behalf.

Top notch professionally run project at my house. New windows were delivered at 730am. Dumpster delivered at 745am. And at 8am the Project Manager and crew arrived. Great communication
and work from Lazaro and crew, in addition to Jake and the Nelson Exteriors’ staff.

Choosing Nelson Exteriors for my home improvements was a great choice. Every aspect of the siding and front steps and porch railing replacement was done beautifully and quickly. The painting of the whole house reflects the professionalism of the crew. Everyone involved in the project performed with enthusiasm and care. Rod, George and Lisa were true professionals and very responsive to my concerns. My family, friends and neighbors are definitely approving of the improvements, too. I recommend Nelson without reservation.
