I just had the most wonderful car buying experience at Nalley Lexus Smyrna! Zach is amazing and made this experience a 10/10 for me. Before I drove to the dealership, Zach sent me a video walkthrough of the vehicle so I could see exactly what I would be potentially buying. After meeting him and doing the test drive, I knew I was in safe hands. He is incredibly friendly and knowledgable. He made sure I knew how everything worked in my new car and made the buying process a breeze. I am 100% happy with my dream car purchase!

On today, I had the privilege of working with Zach. One of Nalley Lexus Smyrna newest associates! He was nothing short of incredible! He was very knowledgeable, personable and has an energy that will make your experience one to remember! I’m new to the Lexus family and this entire team made my purchase seamless. Carl Davis was amazing! Before I can get into the building he had already made his way toward us (wife) and greeted us with a smile. He showed us different model options which were more than what I expected although we were actually seeking a particular model. Carl was very polite, friendly and elevated to assist us with our purchase. What an amazing experience and I will always remember him being so humble and respectful.

Nalley Lexus is always a great experience. This maybe out 6th car with this team and I couldn’t think of a better group of people I would like to invest my time and money into. From our most experienced salesperson Andre, with all of the helpful knowledge of the different models plus providing the comparisons to the models we currently have, to Rashad and Brandon who were able to make the deal all come together. I had the pleasure of working with Derrick Butts at this dealership! I was nervous because it is my first time buying and he could not have been more patient or kind. At one point he spoke on the phone to my parents just to make sure I was all set and covered! I really appreciate the warm environment and the welcoming atmosphere here! They have made a customer for life!

Had the absolute pleasure of working with Carl Davis and Greg Taylor. While a small mistake was made between purchase and delivery of my vehicle I was overly impressed with their honesty, speed, and integrity when it came to correcting the issue. Upon arrival Carl and team greeted me with a smile, open arms, and a great deal that was to good to say no. Many places talk about the importance of customer service and loyalty.
