Amazing company, I wish I had called them first when we started to have issues with our main sewer line. Unfortunately, it took us two other plumbers until we made the right call to Mr. Rooter.
What the other two could not do, Luke did in three minutes.
They will be the only company for our plumbing needs.

The Rooter person who came was very good explaining thew current situation and what needs to be done. He answered each question I asked and also mentioned when options existed.

I had the pipes under my house replaced by Jason and John. They both did an excellent job explaining the issues, what I would most likely need done in the future, and what was absolutely necessary to have done today. They exhibited excellent professionalism and took great care to ensure that my crawlspace was as clean as it was when they found it once they were finished. I’m very happy to be a customer because of the work they did and the manner in which they completed it.

Outstanding service and sense of urgency. I have been wanting to finish the basement bathroom for 3 years now shopping and weighing out my options. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I chose Mr. Rooter to do the job. I found their number in the Gwinnett services book and am so happy I made the appointment. Rick was my Plumber and he did a fantastic job not only in the hours of work he put in installing the sump pump and piping for it but also in the detailed pictures and explanations. I knew and understood everything going on each step of the way. Thank you so much for all your hard work Rick!!!

In January ’22 our water main broke on a Sunday morning. Mr. Rooter was able to have someone on site within 2 hours. They were fast, professional, and friendly. They did a great job. We have had them back to do more work for us. Would highly recommend.
