Jim from Mr. Roofer was such a help in getting the pipe boot on my roof replaced. I now can replace the affected area of my master bath ceiling with the confidence that he and his team have done the work well, in a timely fashion, and at a reasonable price.

I’ve used Mr. Roofer twice. Once to install ridge cap ventilation on my roof and the second time to repair roof wind damage on an insurance claim. Both times they were great to work with. The first time I worked with Albert, the second time Brad. Both were friendly, responsible and professional. On the insurance claim they were really helpful in assessing damage and helping me navigate working with the insurance adjuster. I will continue to use them for my future roofing needs.

I called Brad with an issue on my roof and he had someone out to check it out and fixed it within a day or two. Very responsive and professional service, I will definitely call them for any future roofing issues

Mr. Roofer re-did our roof last week. The job itself is all I could ask for, but what’s more is they were quite efficient and did a very meticulous job of cleaning up after themselves- my yard might be cleaner now than before they came!

The Mr. Roofer team came to our house perfectly on time and did a complete makeover on our roof that hadn’t seen any sort of repair for years. They were very efficient and did an amazing job!

Brad was super helpful and did a great job. Just had our roof in midtown worked on heavily and the entire Mr. Roofer team did amazing work. In and out quickly and did everything as expected. 10/10

Great experience with these folks! I had them come out to my house twice. They inspected two leaks inside, inspected the attic, and inspected the roof. They gave me a quote later that day, and came out a couple days later, as soon as it was convenient for me.
Both times, they were prompt and communicated better than I expected.
They exceeded my expectations because contractors are notorious for saying they’ll be there within a broad window, and then don’t even show up.
They were prompt and easy to work with. Definitely the best customer experience I’ve had so far with a contractor.
