We are very happy with our repair by Mr. Appliance of Greater Atlanta. Jarod scheduled our work quickly, without a week or more delay as most places are doing, and he kept in touch with us on the status of parts that had to be ordered. Robert did our repair and was thorough, conscientious, and very careful. He also checked the appliance after the repair and found an additional issue. He cheerfully took everything apart again and in a way he had to do the repair twice. We will recommend their service to others, and would feel confident to call them again for any of our appliances.

My refrigerator ice maker was broken. I called Mr. Appliance and was very pleased with the service. The professionalism was excellent. The serviceman Sebastian was knowledgeable and informative, he answered all of my questions , was prompt and efficient. I will definitely call this company for any future appliance repairs.

Our Dryer is 30 years old and was having some issues. They came out and fixed it within 30 minutes, also making sure everything else was in good condition. Always friendly technicians. Most of our appliances are decades old and they are always able to keep them working whenever we have any issues!

Technician Adam Binder repaired our dryer in a timely and professional fashion. The repair cost was less than the cost to buy a replacement and not nearly the headache. We have already used the dryer several times and it works like a charm! I highly recommend the services of Mr. Appliance.

This business is excellent. They have a great system of text communications to let us know when they would arrive. Adam did a great job of fixing our integrated Bosch microwave. He was very knowledgeable and got the parts needed. My husband and I recommend this service.

Jeffrey, our professional repair person, was early, thoughtful and intent on finding and analyzing our problem with a leaking clothes washer. He had the part necessary to put things right in his truck and efficiently did so. I would readily recommend him to any of my neighbors experiencing appliance problems.

The service technician was outstanding and was an exceptional professional. Bryan is the ultimate pro–both personable and professional. He explained everything that he was doing in detail and understandable terms, so that I felt very comfortable with what he was doing. I give him a score of 15 on a scale of 1-10. The company, too, have my high remarks for their consumer care who I called to schedule the appointments. I will use them again.
