Attorney Cate Powell is a great attorney. She answered my questions in a timely manner and always kept me in the loop. Her staff, including Amy Jones, was pleasant and courteous. I was injured at work and needed a lawyer who would understand and not take for granted what I was going through. Alex and Johnathan with MONTLICK & ASSOCIATES were like Batman and Robin. While Alex was leading the defense he had Johnathan that not only kept in constant contact with my day to day issues, he also had first hand experience of what my injuries were and what I was going through physical, mentally and emotionally. Alex & Johnathan, you both gave me a reason to believe that not all lawyers are only about their bottom line. I thank you both for being there when I was at one of the lowest points in my life.

I’d recommend using Montlick and Associates. They are professional and I felt that I was treated fairly after I was assigned a new attorney. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained his plan of action and it he took care of everything.

My first experience with Montlick I have no complaints. My lawyer Nick stayed on top of everything with the best advice, keeping in touch with me via text, email or phone call even if it was just checking on me to see how I was doing. He thoroughly explained everything to me and left no questions unanswered. I would definitely recommend montlick to my family and friends anyday. On Oct 30, 2022, I was in a Hit and Run Accident in Lagrange GA. by a non-insured motorist, Not naming the 3 previous law firms that totally almost ruined my chances in getting things doing and helping me through my nightmare. a year head almost went by feeling like i was the perpetrator and not the victim of a hit and run. I never been in any car accident of this multitude. I was so lost, had not guidance of what to do and how to do it right. Never even got to talk to any of the previous attorneys that claim they help people after a car accident. I had sunk into deep depression. As a retired Veteran that suffer from PTSD and Paranoia when i had to drive, I was so scared and afraid to the point I had other drivers around me wondering if i was a safe driver. until one night i was watch TV after praying to God to please send me an Angle to help me that’s when Montlick & Associates commercial came on it was. I set up in my bed and knew if I wanted real help and be able to talk with an Attorney on my case and not some injury firm Secretary. I need to call right away cause time head already been wasted, fighting with the last three injury law firms. Mrs. Neives was my Angle along with everyone at Montlick I felt like not only did I have an Attorney but i also had an after Accident Mental Therapist she insured me that she would get everything back on the right track. and rewrite all the wrongs and make them right. not one time did i every had to call for any updates. if there was anything she needed answers to I was contact by her or someone on her team by email or phone call. the Only thing i regrate is not calling Monlick & Associates when the Hit and Run first Accrued from the Hospital. my story goes out to everyone who may find themselves in the same situation. Yes, there is a lot of an injury law firms out there but I will bet my bottom dollar that you will not talk to nor know who your attorney is and be kept updated about your cause if you’re not a client of Montlick & Associates. We were in a serious car accident, of course we were the innocent party. I knew we would need guidance with hospital bills, insurance companies and settlements. Our attorney was NivesJuric with Montlick and Associales.
Nives was kind, compassionate, a very good listener, promptly answered all my questions, .She always kelp us informed with her progress,and worked diligently until our case was settled, alwats putting us first.
Nives did her job, she was the perfect attorney for us.

Choosing Neeves Juric as my lawyer was the best decision I made. She and her team were on top of my case from day one. Jason and Kalena took great care of me! This was my second experience with Jason and his team and I truly feel seen and heard every time. This time around, the accident was extremely rough. My life was in shambles and I am still baffled at how reassuring everyone was consistently. I trust his expertise wholeheartedly. I am always satisfied with his communication and overall results. Joy Herrington and Jennifer Fleming were both compassionate, empathetic, kind and always relayed the status of my case. I really appreciate them both and thank them for resolving my case. Mike Moran of Montlick and Associates is a pro in every sense of the term. He represented me in a personal injury case stemming from an auto accident which caused me to have an extensive multi-layer lumbar fusion revision.
He took on one of the largest insurance companies in the country and secured a six-figure settlement for me. I trust Mike completely and recommend him without reservation. There is no doubt in my mind that a less accomplished attorney would have settled for much less.
In fact, I would welcome the opportunity to work with him anytime anywhere (let’s just hope I don’t need him again!).

10/10 recommend this lawyer firm to anyone. My lawyer and the assistant he had communicating back and forth through all of this were so kind and understanding. They went above and beyond to make sure they could help me through this and help me get the most out of the accident I was involved in and not at fault. Williams Parker is the best!
Kept in contact with me and was patient for the whole two 1/2 years it took State Farm to take accountability for their clients actions. Again don’t ever get into an accident with State Farm! Mr. Parker did his best dealing with a company with no integrity who didn’t want to pay anything. Wonderful people that I worked with and would work with them again.

Just what I needed. Restored my faith in due process. I was injured in a motor vehicle accident 07/2020 and called another law firm at the recommendation of a friend. Six months in, receiving bills, having questions I was getting no response. My aunt advised to call Montlick. Ellen Forrester has always been professional, prompt, and informative. She really put me at ease and turned a bad experience with ABC law office into a great and easy outcome with Montlick and Associates. I hope I never need their services in the future but will call them first if a need arises and recommend them to anyone in my community.
