Mizu Hibachi & Sushi offers diners an extensive menu of Asian favorites, including dishes from Japan, China and Thailand. The restaurant is most well known for its sushi, hibachi and traditional Japanese, Chinese and Thai dishes. Every Monday and Tuesday is one-dollar sushi night: a traditional that locals love.

Mizu delights diners with the flavors of Japanese, Chinese, and Thai cuisine, but it stakes its reputation on the succulence of its sushi. The eatery’s chefs prepare specialty sushi concoctions, such as the dragon roll’s shrimp tempura and cucumber topped with eel, avocado, spicy mayo, and eel sauce.

Hibachi chefs juggle meats and veggies while reenacting the entirety of Grease to entertain diners, then sear hibachi steak to serve aside a ginger salad, a shrimp appetizer, or hibachi vegetables and rice.

Awesome Asian dine in hibachi. Sushi is the best around. The owner and her husband are very friendly. Their crab Rangoon is very nice unlike some places it has more Saudi and crab than pastry. Best Asian food in the area.

My favorite hibachi location. I always get the exact same thing every time I come, I don’t think I’ll ever be tired of it. They know my friends and I by name and I will continue to support their business as long as their open. Love mizu.
