We are living in a new area with no experience or references for trustworthy dealerships to go too. I looked at reviews for Mike Fitzpatrick Ford online and saw great remarks for Jerry. He was very easy to talk with about the trade in and new car buying process. In and out and picked up the new Bronco the next day.

Great service reps but don’t leave anything in your car. Left my Oakleys in my truck , done so numerous times in the same spot like they always are but last time I got an service they came up missing. Called back in hopes if they were taken a call would scare someone to turn them in but didn’t happen. Took me a while to post this because didn’t want to accuse anyone without 100% certainty but that will never happen and it was my fault leavingthem there. Been back since but only because they had the only open slot within driving distance. Once again great team at the desk and service is good but I want be back unless I have 2.

In the past I had a horrible experience here with the service department with my F150 and my Wife’s Edge dealing with Mr. Hicks on 2 different occasions. I I just went up to and had some work done that only a ford dealer could do so I was dreading going. To my surprise Mr. Filkins running the show and was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Very pleased with the service department now based on what I’ve seen from this visit.

I worked with Jerry Singer. I don’t know what he makes but he deserves more. He went above and beyond to make my car buying experience wonderful. I had a issue with my new truck, went to the service department. They were great as well. Charlie looked at it and squared it away immediately. The best dealership I ever worked with.
