By far the best experience in my opinion. My attorney Melissa Barber is the BEST IN HER FIELD. She handled my case with care and showed concern, she treated me as a human being and not just a client. Melissa and Ashley both are caring and sensitive to the overall ordeal and are worth every penny. I’ve been going back and forth for over four year’s with my child custody case and Meriweather & Tharp have been with me every single step. If I every had any other issues with family law. This is the only number I would call. During my trial Melissa was so organized and ready to eat the opposing party alive excuse my French, but she is a excellent attorney and overall I’m satisfied with the outcome. My team at Meriwether & Tharp Woodstock was the best team out there. I was always made to feel like my case was important and they were always there for me things got emotional and impossible. Mr. Meriwether, Andrew, Carly, Jennifer, Jessica, Amy, David, Julianne, Blake and Courtney all were very professional and friendly and I felt completely supported and defended. Mr. Meriwether was instrumental in my case and the advice and concern he gave was invaluable. Thank you so much team for all that you’ve done for me and my family. I am always concerned engaging lawyers for any reason. There is a stigma that exists around the fact that they are looking for ways to push an agenda. I must say working with Patrick and then primarily Andrew that was not the experience I had at all. They took one of the tough decisions in my life and were supportive of my wishes and ensured I got what I wanted without causing anymore pain or torment than you would expect from this type of issue. I would encourage anyone looking for someone to help them through the rocky waters of a divorce reach out to this team. As much as I loved them I hope I never have a reason to call them again, but feel confident that if I do they will honor my wishes and make them come true. Dare I call them a genie in a bottle!?!

Leh and his team helped me navigate a divorce from a High Conflict ex. In the end a agreement was reached and my desired outcome achieved. The money involved was not insignificant, but in the end I spent 1/3 on legal fees compared to the other party, because I took Leh’s advice and engaged with the team in a way that minimized their time. I encourage you to check out the pod cast of his radio show; the stories are all true… and anonymous, but some sounded really familiar. The show is revealing about what happens in family law situation, but also highlights Leh’s true nature and compassion for his clients and families caught up in the craziness that pervades divorce cases.

In my recent experience with the team of professionals at Meriwether & Tharp, I was impressed with the kindness and personal attention that each team member provided. My attorneys were wonderful, but I also was often in communication with Accounts Receivable Assistant, Brittney Bennett-Foster. Brittney is friendly and conscientious of the financial burden that the divorce process may present. I sincerely appreciate the exceptional sensitivity applied to my case and highly recommend this firm if one finds themselves in the unfortunate circumstances of divorce.

My experience, from my first consultation before my divorce, to ligation afterwards, was great. I wish I hadn’t needed them, but I was glad I had them. Deborah Koslin was the best. I couldn’t have asked for better results from a partner. Samaria the paralegal helped keep me sane during a case that lasted longer than anyone expected it to. I got more than I could have asked for, and I wasn’t charged nearly as much as the other (losing) team did their client.
