Here at Max’s, we’re all about the pizza. We’ve created the perfect dough which we top with our secret recipe red sauce, mozzarella, classic meats and fresh vegetables.

This is a tasty little brick oven pizzeria near the Hilton Garden Inn, Georgia Aquarium, and World of Coke in Downtown Atlanta. The pizza was fantastic and had the best mushrooms and onions I’ve had in a long time. It’s worth the stop whenever I’m in town.

Great pizza! Of all the “oven” style pizza places I have been to, this was the best I have ever tried. I think the secret is that they use charcoal. No over-the-top “charred-ness”, just great flavor. They have a great choice of toppings as well. We were staying in downtown Atlanta for the weekend. Went to this place on a Friday night. Loved it so much, we went back the next night. Not only is the pizza great, but it is very reasonable as well. Also, the inexpensive bottles of wine ($12 range) were a real plus.
