Mambo Jambo Cafe

Mambo Jambo was created by George Quesada in 1998 in Weston, Florida. In 2001 we opened our second location in Coral Springs. Our third location is now open in Alpharetta, Georgia. As our name says it, we are a sort of mambo jambo or combination of many flavors and attitudes. We specialize in Latin American cuisine with emphasis in seafood dishes.

But we serve it all, and if don’t see it in our menu, we will prepare for you.
The fusion of people and cultures gives Mambo Jambo that special flare and exiting atmosphere that appeals to all discriminating palates.

In addition to our beautiful bistro specialty bar and dining room, we offer a private room and outdoor dining with live entertainment and dancing.
