I’ve been a Loud Security customer for many, many years. They are always on the job protecting my home, responding to an alarm (even when I accidentally set it off myself), and available to discuss current features, good practices, system options or security features to better provide protection and confidence. Their customer service and technical folks are great. Best of all – – they follow-up. Hooray LOUD!

My husband and I just moved to a new community and called Loud as one of the companies for security. Kristin Hughes was awesome in reviewing our home, developing a system and working to get it installed ASAP. The LOUD team was great on install and today my internet went down but my security system was still active. Thanks Kristin and the LOUD team for all you do.

Very happy Loud customer. Have heard their commercials on radio for years and having recently become a homeowner again, we wanted to call a local company. Kristin Ann was thorough and kind in explaining everything. Techs who installed system were great as well. Would recommend Loud to anyone! We feel safe!!

I called the office to get some info on switching alarm companies! From first call to install what a great service team!!
Agnes answered the phone got the crazy mom asking if a “live person” would call/monitor the alarms. She answered my questions and got me in contact with the right person! Kristin came out to see the house, accessed our needs and set up the install. Jim showed up a few days later changed out or panel and updated our system. There was an issue that first day, I called in, got Bill, was able to get the install team back out and issue fixed! Then at the end of the day Bill called back to make sure all was ok and that the install “glitch” from hours ago had been taken care of. Who’s does that these days?! Oh LOUD security!!!

I have definitely experienced the different with Loud Security! Kristin is phenomenal and I mean that wholeheartedly. Extremely personable, professional, and all around great person. She made a difference by listening to my concerns for what I needed in an alarm system. Morgan installed my system swiftly and with care. He was extremely knowledgeable and I felt completely satisfied with the install! From my entire experience including hearing from John Loud, I wouldn’t choose anyone else for my security system.
