The customer service I experienced was outstanding. The knowledge of the people working there was extremely helpful. They found out what was wrong with my computer in a timely manner and got back to me within 24 hours of dropping it off. Once it was determined my computer was a goner, they skillfully helped me pick out a replacement that was not only affordable but a newer and better machine. I will definitely be returning and recommending this business to all of my friends!!

Experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable! To be totally honest, I ended up here because I was disillusioned by the Geek Squad at BestBuy. My laptop began slowing down and then went into a total boot-loop and wouldn’t start or shut off. The GS rep said they’d need it for 10 days, would run a diagnostic, etc., but suggested (due to its age) that I just buy a new laptop – so I bought a new one and left with my broken one under my are. I went into Computer Solutions on a Friday hoping to simply salvage my hard drive thinking this laptop was a total loss since GS said it “probably” was. Then I met Jason. He confidently took my laptop and asked me to wait two days. He worked his magic over the weekend and fixed my computer, saved all my information, and returned it to me as good as new on Monday.
I’m happily typing on my fixed laptop for this review. It is faster then ever. As for the new laptop, I took it back and took a $1000 off my charge card. These guys really know their stuff. If you are having computer problems, don’t waste your time anywhere else. Get your technology in there today!

I was very impressed with the work these guys did. They were prompt, our computer is like new again and even better they didn’t try to rob us the way Best buys Geek Squad does. We will definitely be using them for our computer needs in the future and will recommend them to others.

I dropped an all-in-one desktop on Friday evening for a minor service. I was promised that the service would be completed by the next day and that I would receive a call as soon as it was done. Well, THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. When I went to pick the desktop up with a toddler in my hands, the gentleman carried the desktop to the trunk of my car for me. The little things are what make big differences. You will certainly see me again!
