I recently left my Toyota 4Runner with these guys after it broke down on the highway. Far away from home and desperate to get my car back as soon as possible, the situation was urgent and stressful. I also was quite nervous leaving my car with a company I had no relationship with. While it took them a day to diagnose the issue (understandable, as I had no appointment), CB was honest, understanding of my hesitations, and quick to address the issue upon diagnosis. I had my car back the following day, and it is running smooth as silk. With their advice, I also feel well equipped to maintain the car in the future, to avoid the fuel issues that brought me to them in the first place. If I am ever in need of service in this area, I think I may just have to give these guys a call. They really were first class, and helped to make a stressful situation a bit easier to handle.

I love NAPA Lilburn Auto Center! I can always trust them with anything that my car needs because after they fix it, I never have any further issues so I know they always speak the truth and have plenty of work ethic. They also aren’t ridiculously expensive like other auto shops, I know that they always provide reasonable prices for their services. Denis is the guy that always speaks to the customer and he has great customer service; he’s very honest and professional. I would totally recommend this auto center for anyone looking to find somewhere reasonable, honest, and professional.

Some of the kindest and honest repair men I have worked with. I felt like they really cared about my issue despite the busy thanksgiving holiday, I left feeling confident that I had an understanding of the engine issue going on with my car and that they are resolved in the best way possible. I would go back for any other repairs I might need!

It’s my first time here. Carmax recommended. Visited for an oil change. CB, checked the vehicle in. He’s a very friendly person, this was an overall good interaction. He was just as nice to everyone who came in. Got here at 8:20 AM and was out by 9:40 AM. I have no complaints or anything Negative to state.
