I asked another company for a quote for my project (2 bathroom fans and an outlet installation) and was told it would be 4 grand. That didn’t feel right. Thank goodness I called lightning bug!! The estimate was a little over a quarter of that price and he was conscientious of my budget as he made the few necessary adaptations. They were such a dream to work with. Exceptionally professional and kind. He did an awesome job while I was working from home and I experienced minimal disruptions. The quality of the work is phenomenal and I can’t say enough rave things about this experience. A+!!!

Everything about this company was professional and efficient. Unlike other companies I initially reached out to for my required work, these guys did everything right. The customer service was unmatched ( a rarity these days!) They returned all quotes and calls promptly.The technicians arrived on time, walked me through the process and set and met expectations for the day’s work. Both technicians were friendly, positive and professional and answered all my questions. I had an entire panel changed out so it took about six hours which is exactly what they told me to expect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Excellent customer service! From the schedulers to the technician that came out, they provided top notch service and experience. Got a quote for work that will be done, the technician was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in answering our questions. This company will be our preferred electrical company for our future projects for sure. Nothing felt sales-y or pushy but rather insightful and helpful. I appreciate that and look forward to working with them on additional projects.
